> 3 dayI originally went shopping for a new board, because my large tenkey board sat too far to the left of center and made my right wrist hurt, so I wanted something a little more compact, and figured I may as well go wireless while Im at it. I initially had some issues with this RK84 freezing up every 10 minutes or so, and though it was the board. I contacted customer support, and they sent me a replacement, which seemed to suffer the same issue. After some troubleshooting, I narrowed the true issue down to my own motherboard -- updating my BIOS and removing my RAM overclocking/overvolting fixed the freezing issues for me. For the record, I have an Asus Z170. RK customer support was very responsive though. - Keycaps on this seem to be ABS and OEM profile. I swapped them for some blank cherry profile PBT caps, for aesthetic and durability reasons. - The 2.4GHz connection for me is stellar. Not only is it very responsive, but it also lets you use the board to wake your computer from sleep, which cant be done using bluetooth. - Having bluetooth capabilities to write long messages on my phone is a nice use case as well. - Its yet not clear to me what the full lifetime of the battery is, but Ive been heavily using the board without backlighting now for 1 full week, with no sign of dying. Update: the battery life on this thing is nuts. Ive been using it for a month now without charging it. - Its a relief to know that if I get tired of the blue switches in this board, I can just swap them out for whatever I feel like. My only real gripe with this board is that, as far as I can tell, theres no way to monitor the battery level, so Ill have to have it die on me to know when its time to plug it in for charging. Initially I was debating between this RK84 or a Keychron K2, which is very similar. Its true that the Keychron has a slightly larger battery, but it also places the delete key in a really poor spot, and the RK84 can act as a USB hub in addition, so overall I think this board is a better option.

> 3 dayThis a great keyboard for a great price. I keep the rgb backlight at the 3rd dimmest position, which is a good brightness that is quite visible in direct overhead indoor lighting which you can see in the picture. At this setting, the battery lasts incredibly long, like well over a week, to the point where I cant remember the last time I had to plug it in. I replaced the keys with doubleshot pbt pudding keycaps. You can find them on Amazon under YMDK ANSI ISO PBT Doubleshot Shine Through Pudding Keycaps Suitable for MX Mechanical Keyboard Corsair Razer DK SF KBD75 68 Keychron (White Pudding Full Set). I wanted to make sure I mentioned this because its a bit hard finding a set of keycaps that fit this, a few keys like the R Shift key are an unusual size that a lot of typical key sets dont have. They look and feel great. It took a little getting used to, but I love this 80% form factor. I have a laptop sleeve that this can fit into and I take it with me to the office when I can because I much prefer this keyboard to what my office provides. The only problem Ive really experienced is that every so often, Ill push a key like enter and it will keep pushing enter until I push another key like Esc. I dont think this is a problem with the physical key as it does not feel stuck, maybe its a bluetooth issue as I havent experienced it with a wired connection. Maybe I need to clean it more often, idk. Its a little annoying but not a big deal and it happens rarely. I know this would probably be a dealbreaker for gaming but you should use a wired connection if thats what youre doing. The brown switches are great for typing, Im a controller gamer so I cant say if its good for gaming. I also tried the red switches but they were a bit too sensitive for my taste. Overall, fantastic keyboard if youre looking to try out a mechanical keyboard.

> 3 day[ES] Pros: + Costo-calidad razonablemente buena, materiales razonablemente buenos. [EN] Pros: + Reasonably good cost-quality, reasonably good materials. + The battery life is simply outstanding, it is surprising how long it takes to discharge, I have used it for 3-4 weeks in a row without needing to recharge it (RGB always off) + The size is perfect, not too big, not too small, and it offers the F1,F2 keys without the need to use the FN key. Cons: - Despite being advertised as a wireless keyboard, and where its battery life shines, its performance in terms of its wireless modes is simply pathetic, as using bluetooth, it has remarkably high latency, which is not good for gaming. And using its 2.4Ghz dongle it has a signal range of no more than 2 meters, so if you use your PC under the desk or a little far away you just wont be able to use it, its amazing how poor its 2.4Ghz dongle is. Conclusion: Good keyboard overall, but not recommended at all if you plan on using it wirelessly, unless you have the PC very close to where you will be using the keyboard, otherwise I dont recommend it. Only recommended if you plan to use it in a wired way, which does not make sense, since you better buy a wired one directly. And its a shame, because its battery life is AMAZING.

17-11-2024I really like this keyboard. I did zero modding besides my own keycaps. 10 months into using it, the usb-c port is loose, so it will lose connection if I bump it, but it will work in wi-fi mode I guess. Overall its a good starter keyboard. It was one of the few 75% with a white shell and rgb when I bought it. There might be more options now, but this is still a great price for what I wanted. Edit: Bumped up a star because customer support contacted me and tried to help with my usb issue.

> 3 dayGood enough while it worked, though I wanted it for office use and not gaming. It just stopped typing mid sentence while connected over bluetooth and it wouldnt connect again. When connected by wire, only a few special keys work... its useless. Alt+fn just resets the backlight to that stupid light show. [UPDATE] The keyboard just started working again. Support is a little meh but did try to cover the basics. The keyboard itself is comfortable, but some of the special keys like Ctrl or Alt get stuck from time to time.

> 3 dayI am by no means a keyboard enthusiast at all, so take this review with a grain a salt. This is my first mechanical keyboard that Ive ever used. I was very hesitant because looking for a gaming keyboard to transition to pc gaming (I mainly use ps4 controller) seems like a difficult task to someone who has no knowledge of peripherals whatsoever. Ive watched a few videos and stumbled upon this keyboard and it seems to tick every check box (that I know of) that a enthusiast might want. Mechanical keyboard? check Hotswap switches? check bluetooth? check 2.4 ghz connection? check usb c to standard usb cable? check large battery? check RGB? check RGB pattern effects? check Software? check Macros? check Key mapping? check There maybe more to name but thats all I have at the moment. You can also remove the outside frame to give the keys a floating look. The switches are cherry mx red clones made by TTC. They are easy to type on, with some type of grittiness feeling when pressing keys down. Maybe lubing the switches will further improve the experience. All of the keycaps are marked with the available controls like the volume, play/pause, skip back/forward, default app shortcuts, rgb settings and 5 bluetooth connections on QWERT keys. You can record macros on the software included in the amazon product information or thru a shortcut mentioned in the included direction booklet (I dont remember at the top of my head. Speaking of which, the software link in the amazon product information seemed sketchy because its a direct download of a zip file and does not send you to a official product site. Upon extracting the files, they are legitimate. When installing one of the software installers are in Chinese (firmware I think? doesnt install unless keyboard is connected via usb-c cable) and then the other is in English (the actual keyboard software). The software seems to work only when the keyboard is connected via usb. Once its connected, itll give you all the options to remap keys, record macros, and different rgb settings such as rgb pattern type, speed, and color selection. Overall, with all of these options for the price I paid ($64 - Black Friday price), its hard to beat in my opinion! UPDATE I took the keyboard apart to see what’s inside: Outside frame and case: some sort of plastic Key switches: TTC-KS4A Series (in my case, TTC Reds [unlubed]) Keyboard plate: some sort of metal, powder coated Stabilizers: lubed already, surprisingly. Plate mounted only PCB: hotswappable with Bluetooth/2.4 Ghz ALSO wired mode has 2 USB ports for USB pass through

> 3 dayThe biggest complaint people seem to have with this keyboard is the software. Well, unless you need macros or to create custom layers, you neednt bother. This keeb is supported by SignalRGB! That being said, the build quality is exceptional for this price point, it is hot-swappable, and the lighting looks really good! I am giving this keyboard as a gift to my daughter, and I know she will absolutely love it! I may consider swapping out the switches with some Kailh Box Whites, and already did swap the keycaps with XVX low-profile double-shot PBT shine-throughs, but the Gateron Blues are probably good enough for now...

> 3 dayThis keyboard offers fantastic features for this price. Wired, bluetooth, 2.4. mine is red switches which has nice sound, box had extra 4 red switches. for wired connection its type c and was included too. layout is nice doesnt lack arrow, function or home end keys. is has fantastic colors and modes to choose from, for more detailed customisation it needs software, which is normal, looks like beta one but actually offers per key color customization,. macros and updater. this doesnt have spare keys for those macros but you can map that to included ones. doesnt know battery life yet, but i think it doesnt include indicator. some keys when set to white, are not consistent may be little bit different from one next to it. bluetooth connection seems stable, so is wired, dont know about 2.4 yet, it was 1.3 kilos, but because of metal frame, which is nice quality. backlihts can customize levels, colors, speed, modes. keyboard itself doesnt have built steps to rise, but are included in box which can be attached, not perfect but wasnt deal breaker for me. i am very satisfied with this purchase, i waited for sale and had about 20$ discount on friday. but i think this is priced nicely even with its base price. update : i had some issues with this keyboard and wanted replace/refund but it was shipped outside states so for refund amazon asked me to return which included too much additional fees, but royal kludge support were supportive and refunded item after saw the issue, it took some time they responded slowly, but at least they helped me. dont know whats the issue, its only on windows i think not on android. after few reconnects, keys dont type, only function + shortcuts . but when i reboot my computer keyboard is fine, and when its fine, its very nice. i hope this was case only with my keyboard + computer combo. thanks for support. must note that amazon offered additional 20$ for return fees, but didnt need as royal klude refunded my item.

> 3 dayGreat sound and overall great keyboard. Key response on wireless can be a little slow to start but isn’t super noticeable
