Rode PSA1

Ich habe nicht zu viel Erwartet, dies muss ich wirklich sagen.

You can tell its a boutique product. Its sturdy, nice finish. good attention to detail, minimal plastic pieces. But like any boutique product, its got a one-size-fits-all approach. The springs in the arms are fixed tension, and welded in place, they CANNOT be adjusted. Which means that the arm ONLY works for microphones in a certain weight range. If you go below or above that, it wont work at all. Itll constantly droop or just spring back, and will NOT hold its position.

All I can say is fantastic... worth every dollar.

Ich benutze diesen Gelenkarm zusammen mit dem Rode NT USB Mikrofon und es passt perfekt zusammen. Der Arm hat in meinen Augen wirklich eine super Qualität und lässt sich ebenfalls sehr präzise einstellen. Das Festschrauben an meinem Schreibtisch gestaltete sich etwas schwierig aufgrund einer Blende am Schreibtisch. Dennoch hab ich es hier hinbekommen auch wenn da nicht zu sehr gerüttelt werden kann. Aber das ist ein Problem des Schreibtisches und nicht des Produktes. Ich würde diesen Arm wieder kaufen.

I have not hung the mics on the arms (bought two) but I am impressed by the quality of the workmanship so I could only gave the product four stars. One of the unexpected benefits is that the table clamp is larger and sturdier than expected. My table has curved edges and I thought I would need to drill holes for the holder sleeves. I do not have to do that - still can if I want.

got this the PSA1, the blue compass, and the $15 neewer one - the $15 neewer one won out, it is more adjustable, and slimmer, and just a breeze to use than these expensive pieces that require a ton of fiddling - also the PSA1 is incompatible with many microphones as there is not enough give in the small end

Im using this both for Røde NT-USB and Podcaster, with PSM1 Shock mount, outstanding quality!

Having tried a few cheaper versions I decided to try this more solid well reviewed item, glad I did. No ugly springs showing, smooth quiet movement, with a little adjustment you can place it wherever you need the mic to be and easily push it away when not in use. Solid and neat desk clamp although once I am 100% happy with the placement I will drill my desk and use the through desk fitting as this seems neater and the spigot fits better
