My online gaming friends recommended this Rode PSA1, to me and now I can see why they buy it, its much stronger and heavy also easy to setup on the desk and when you pay out good money for the Blue Yet X microphone that I have you dont want to put it on a cheap boom and I wouldnt buy any cheap boom arm copies sold on Amazon,

Love it. Easily holds my Blue Yeti with shock mount. Looks great too. Replaced a smaller, less expensive (<$20) arm that couldnt handle the weight.

A great addition to my rode Nt usb that I recently purchased really pleased with it and has made my studio look more professional.

This arm works as it is supposed to and is a must have for adding a mic to your computer setup. It takes up minimal space and mounts very easily with clamp supplied or by drilling a small hole to allow mounting any where on your desk. There are no visible springs and the wire will stay very neat and tidy with supplied velcro fasteners. Looks very professional as well. It might be a little smaller than some, so check the dimensions before purchasing. It will reach out about 36 inches from mount point and stores handily above my 24 inch iMac, out of the way. I love it.
