I like this backpack. Very comfortable and roomy. My only concern is the fact that it rolls over at time. The single bar design in the handle causes for rolling when rushing through the airport.

I am a male senior citizen using this backpack to carry my 15 laptop and materials needed for educational purposes like teaching or lecturing. Very professional looking, not child like. Havent used it in the rain so cant say anything about waterproofing. Like the varied pockets for different accessories. Two external side pockets expand to hold 24oz water bottles, or small umbrella. Handle extends/retracts easily. Rolls nice and easy. Very happy with this purchase.

Wheels wobble a bit but overall is a good product.

It has what we needed. Was expensive for how long it lasts. One backpack didn’t last all year. It gets heavy abuse. Rolls downstairs and is constantly overpacked. Runs over other children. Dropped. Handle busted. Both straps busted. Bottom is worn thru the fabric where it hits the ground while rolling. Have purchased two (me one, my ex one). Going to look for something else this time around.

This backpack is well built, very functional, perfect size, and looks great. I needed to replace a rolling backpack that I had been using for international travel for 12 years. My old one had a broken handle that had duct tape on it. This new bag is a big improvement. I’m using it on a trip right now and it is perfect. The wheels are study and the straps allow for easy carrying. The size is spot on with lots of useful compartments. The bag is light weight and easy to carry for day excursions. I highly recommend this product.
