> 3 dayI bought this bag for my college nursing bookload. In the past, Ive also tended to carry in my school bags everything that I could ever conceivably need for any situation—this has been an issue on my back in the past, so a rolling backpack especially was important to me to get for that reason as well. I had bought another rolling backpack on Amazon before for a similar price, but it didnt have as many pockets as it first appeared, and the ones it did competed with the other pockets around it for space, so if you used one pocket then the rest would be inaccessible. With one minor exception, every pocket in this bag does not have this issue. There are a very large number of pockets in this bag, especially in the forward compartments, but there are still enough in the main compartment that I can keep my soft books, papers, and hard books all separate from one other. Even when its cramped to capacity, the zipper holding the compartment together doesnt feel at any structural risk. The rod that runs through the back of the bag and into the handle is not separated from the main compartments back by anything but a somewhat thin material, and you can feel through to it with a hand. Theres a soft and thin styrofoam lining that helps keep it from jutting against the rest of what you might store in the main compartment, but the cloth separating back can be opened to put more stuffing there if youre worried about it. Putting more in there to buffer around the rod and make sure it doesnt push against your things shouldnt decrease space by much of anything. I havent done anything with it yet, as the styrofoam lining is effective enough for me. The handle itself is a little bit testy sometimes when you try to push it back down, but that feels like such a nitpick compared to everything else the bag does well. Its surprisingly light on its own, and its backpack straps fold up extremely, extremely neatly so that you dont have to deal with fighting them ever. They attach to the bottom of the bag by a stable hook when you want to use them, and they can detach to tuck away tightly and completely when youre done with them. Theres no having to feed them through straps and adjusting and readjusting them each time you want to put them on. I only switch this to be a backpack on my back when Im trudging through snow for up to fifteen minutes, but I dont find getting it together very difficult. Its not comfortable when worn that way, but this bag has the most effective design I can think of for backpack straps on what should generally be a rolling backpack. It has two bottle holders on each side of the bag which are made out of cloth on the bottom with more mesh towards the top. Theyre very sturdy, and so far I havent had issues with putting water bottles in either one, so long as it doesnt have a really weirdly large base. Im not afraid of this part of the bag breaking over time: its not flimsy at all. Another small thing about the extended handle is that its surprisingly not uncomfortable to use as someone whos 53, but theres a lot of room that I think that someone much taller than me wouldnt be uncomfortable at all using it. Im on the very shorter end of comfortable use. The bag is capable of handling water (or, well, melted fallen snow, from where Im from) to an extent, but I dont think you could throw it in a pool. Its just the kind of water resistant that you would hope to expect from a good backpack, where it can handle the elements to a reasonable (but not magical) extent. I jam this thing full of stuff. Occasionally, I have to put it in a tall and narrow school locker. It fits in perfectly neatly, and I dont have to fight to pull it out. It kind of shocked me when I first saw it manage that. Given its surprising quality, I would struggle to justify buying a different bag at this price point. I cant think of any particular issues other than what I mentioned further up. I dont really post reviews, but I feel obligated to post one to glow about this backpack because its been just so reliable. Ill return to this review in a few months to update it based on how the backpack holds up over time.

> 3 dayI must admit I was truly unsure if this bag would be big enough to fit everything I needed in it. I am currently a nursing student and I have to lug around about 7-9 books ranging of many sizes. I was surprised that not only did it fit all of my books but it had extra room in the back space to put other things on top. My old wish is that the front pockets and the second pockets had more areas to store things. I put hand sanitizer along with my pens etc in the front. I also carry change because I use the vending machines at school after those it really doesnt leave much room for anything else. The if the second section of the bag had more pockets or areas if would definitely be a dream bag! It rolls well and hasnt given me any problems as of yet! I definitely recommend this bag to anyone that is in school or needs space for travel.

> 3 dayNo more walking stooped shoulder at the airport with a heavy backpack. Pull up the handle and away you go. It is also quite roomy so it can double as normal carryon. A lot of pockets so you can keep items handy. It’s a little big to fit under the seat but it is easier to lift than a typical carryon.

> 3 dayI didn’t think I’d find a rolling bag large enough to accommodate what my hand-me-down American Tourister held. I actually found it with this bag!! I’ve listed a side by side comparison of how each fit…this backpack actually has a better layout!! It can easily hold 2 heavy nursing textbooks, a study guide, my 13” macbook, my 11” iPad, my loaded pencil case, my 8x10” pouch that holds my Bluetooth keyboard, various charging cards, my phone powerbank and laptop power back, AND a 2XL hooded sweatshirt!! I could easily find room for my stethoscope case if I needed to bring it but it would easily hang off the telescoping handle. I didn’t put anything in the numerous front pockets and had a container of gum in the side pocket - you can easily bring a water tumbler and an enclosed coffee thermos in the side pockets. This backpack is very light, seems very sturdy and waterproof. I, personally, didn’t love the roses pattern online but wanted something that stood out…the pattern is prettier than I expected. At the moment, I am very satisfied with the purchase, which eases my mind since I REALLY didn’t want to get rid of my beloved AT (the wheels started jamming).

> 3 dayI bought this halfway through my first semester of nursing school. It actually fits all of my books, has the option to be either a backpack or a rolling bag, and is incredibly durable. I am so rough on this bag, but it still looks like its brand new. The small pockets in front are great for holding stethoscopes, pen lights, and all of the things you need to carry around throughout various parts of nursing school!

Greater than one weekI dont usually do Amazon Product reviews for things I buy, but I bought this backpack after an expensive one gave out on me, and I have to say this bag is excellent. A great value. I always have VERY heavy loads in this backpack and the handles take. a beating as I drag it down airline ramp steps, etc. and supported only by the extension handle. Wheels are holding up brilliant as are the zippers. Lesser bags would have failed me already but this one, for the price is an EXCELLENT buy. An A+ recommendation. A great value. (Note: I gave it 5 for water resistance but I dont really know---its not my habit to get it very wet and even though I live in a country (Thailand) with monsoons, the bag hasnt gotten soaked yet and thats not my intention).

> 3 dayWorks great for traveling and for taking computer and supplies between home and office. Works better than my prior computer suitcase on wheels.
