> 24 hourI ordered this software not knowing if it would really work as advertised. But I will say, it was just what I was looking for. The better overall condition of your LPs the better results you will have. Some of my LPs have been played many times but the software was able to remove 80 to 90 percent of the pops and clicks. I rated the product with 4 stars but I would have to rate the customer service at Roxio 1 star. This was my first contact with Roxio customer service and Im not impressed. I dont know if this is typical, but I waited a week for a response to an email. Another question I had was never answered. The case was just closed after a few days.

> 24 hourAfter wrestling with Audacity and Cakewalk Pyro Audio Creator LE CD creation software, I decided to try this Roxio product for a straightforward software suite for conversion of LPs to digital format. Like my experience with Roxio products in the past, they hit the target spot on! I simply loaded the software into my HP laptop running Windows 8.1, configured a USB port for input from the supplied Roxio Audio Capture Box, connected the RCA cables from my Stanton T.92 Turntable fitted with a Stanton 500.V3 Cartridge (switching the output of the Turntable from Phono to Line), and away I went. I chose to import the tracks from the LP in WAV format for easier editing and enhancement of the tracks using the Sound Editor. The uncompressed WAV format gives richer sound quality as opposed to the compressed MP3 format. You can always rip the WAV files to MP3 later to conserve disc space. I preferred to export these conversion projects to a stand alone 3 terabyte capacity Seagate external hard drive so file size is a non-issue. This Roxio product includes sufficent onboard Help to speed your learning process in the initial stages. The Clean, Enhance, and Equalizer modules are straightfoward and versatile. The mini-jack Line Out on the Roxio Audio Capture Box is a convenient way to monitor the recording process via headphones or an external preamp/amp arrangement as well. Thats a lot of recording punch for a very modest price. Toss Audacity, install this, and save yourself a ton of time!

> 24 hourI dont think Ive ever had a Roxio program that works reliably with Windows. This is a program I use occasionally, but it seems that every time I use it, I have to insert the installation disc, and repair the program using Control Panel. If not, it goes through the motions of recording an album, and then you get a pop up notice that says Please wait while Windows configures Roxio Easy LP to MP3 - and there it hangs for eternity. And as I said, this isnt the first Roxio program Ive seen with compatibility issues. My suggestion is that they either work out their issues with Microsoft, or get the hell out of the software business, and stop taking money for products that dont work. Another annoying feature when it does work is that whatever search engine they use is clueless. Recording a single album, it will randomly identify tracks as coming from three or four different albums, so you then have to manually renumber and reassign them. Its not a huge intuitive leap to work out that if the first three tracks are from one album, theres a high likelihood that the other seven are too!

> 24 hourIf you have any difficulties with this product at all you will not ever be able to talk to a live person unless you buy them, Corel/Roxio sends you emails with links to respond but they ignore them. I responded twice to their emails to inform them I was not available to accomplish suggested fixes because I was out of town burying my Mother and they went ahead and CLOSED MY CASE!!!!! Totally unfeeling, uncaring, insensitive customer service. Buyer beware! Customer service for Corel products and Roxio are non-existent unless you buy the service on top of the crappy product. I will NEVER EVER buy another Corel product or anything that has the name Roxio on it.

> 24 hourI hand out compliments on stuff I like and on stuff that actually works because I know from experience how frustrating it is to make a purchase and discover that it was garbage. Well ladies and gentleman, let me say that if you are looking for a device to transfer your LPs and cassettes to digital MP3s, than... LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I have had the ones that are highly rated and turn out to be GARBAGE!!! Not to worry, this is a great product that actually works and actually cuts on the hissing sound and actually clears up the noise. A great buy. A must have for anyone interested in converting Lps and cassettes.

> 24 hourI did not have the problems that some of the other reviewers who gave this product only one star had. Thats because I couldnt load it on my Windows 8 computer. This is because I kept getting an error message when I entered the code. There was nobody to call. No easy to send an email. I checked the forum where I found a post from their expert or whatever he was called that suggested getting a magnifying glass if an error message was received saying that the code was incorrect. Selling a product with a bug is understandable. Insulting customers is not. I will not purchase another Roxio product.

> 24 hourI found this program somewhat complicated on WIN XP; On WIN 7, it was impossible! I could record, but heard no playback - a bit frustrating! I tried many combinations, line into their adapter, line in mic, sound into adapter, sound into computer, nothing worked! I got the CD made, but must re-do - noise that I could have stopped had I been able to hear it during recording. I would NOT recommend this to anyone! Their support sucks - is almost non-existent. You cant respond to their email - no reply & their link doesnt work. There MUST be an easier program to use! This was $79. in Best Buy: its worth about 10% of that!

> 24 hourIf I receive appropriate customer service, I will remove or update this review accordingly. I installed this products software the other day, and it installed fine. My system meets all compatibility specifications. However, I suspect that the USB capture box is defective. I get no audio input to the computer, evidenced by no deflections on the left/right bar graphs and no music recorded. I have tried it on a second computer and also with two different audio sources. It is either the box or some obscure configuration setting, but I suspect the box. Roxio customer support thus far is the pits. It is by way of a web ticket. They take at least a day to get back and then they dont solve any problems. You cant talk to anybody unless you pay 1.89 per minute even on a brand new purchase. What kind of customer service is this? Does Roxio do RMAs on defective hardware? They better! Now, I have paid for a product that doesnt work and with no solution in sight. Unbelievable. Unless this gets expeditiously resolved I will never buy from this company again.

> 24 hourThis item did not work for me, and it was impossible to get reasonable help with the issues. I would urge interested parties to stay away from this product, if not this company.
