Roxio Easy LP to MP3 | LP and Cassette to CD or MP3 Audio Converter [PC Disc]

If you have any difficulties with this product at all you will not ever be able to talk to a live person unless you buy them, Corel/Roxio sends you emails with links to respond but they ignore them. I responded twice to their emails to inform them I was not available to accomplish suggested fixes because I was out of town burying my Mother and they went ahead and CLOSED MY CASE!!!!! Totally unfeeling, uncaring, insensitive customer service. Buyer beware! Customer service for Corel products and Roxio are non-existent unless you buy the service on top of the crappy product. I will NEVER EVER buy another Corel product or anything that has the name Roxio on it.

This product does not record things in the proper sequence.....scrambles everything in whatever order it wants to....duplicate records different pieces of different tracks....puts spaces in the wrong places....leaves out spaces where they belong. The music ID is horrid....it hasnt got very many right....its giving Jimmy Hendrix names to my jazz albums....most of the artists ive never heard of. Dont waste your money....ive spent too many hours wasting time trying to get it to work....why dont these manufacturers work out the bugs before putting things like this on the market!

Received Easy LP to MP3 quickly. It worked great.

Got as a gift since my wife and I have about 300 records, most of it oldies LPs and 45s that never made it to CD, so this seemed like a great idea. The software installed fine and I was able to capture audio from my turn table right away after I plugged in the provided capture/USB box and cables to my preamp. Its a bit weird because no sounds comes out of your computer speakers when recording, or the line out jack on the capture box. However on playback it only comes out of the line out on the capture box. The software is the PITS! Out of the 8 records Ive done so far it hasnt even been close to getting the info right, not even the artist. Ive not tried a newer record yet to see if that works. But the worst is that the software doesnt seem to have any recognition of when the tracks start and stop, so I have to go in and manually edit the recording my listing to it and inserting the track breaks.. NOT WORTH THE TIME! Since this item was sitting on my desk for about 6 months before I had time to sit down and play with it Ive been told I cant return it, so I guess Ill see if anyone on the net has some better software to run with this device. Otherwise its going in the trash.

I had to contact Roxio directly about the LP to MP3 software that I purchased from Amazon.com. After i spent at least two hours trying to get it to work, and then one hour on the phone with Roxio, they determined that the software was bad. They shipped me out a whole new LP to MP3, which works fine.

Not so easy. Directions are not very clear and it takes a very long time for each album to copy to a CD.

I hand out compliments on stuff I like and on stuff that actually works because I know from experience how frustrating it is to make a purchase and discover that it was garbage. Well ladies and gentleman, let me say that if you are looking for a device to transfer your LPs and cassettes to digital MP3s, than... LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I have had the ones that are highly rated and turn out to be GARBAGE!!! Not to worry, this is a great product that actually works and actually cuts on the hissing sound and actually clears up the noise. A great buy. A must have for anyone interested in converting Lps and cassettes.

This product has no support , it is not a Roxio item and has been sold to Corel . Update server keeps saying try update later . I tried for 3 weeks and always the same response . Corel , Roxio and Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for selling this garbage ! No 800 support without going to there PREMIUM service which means you pay them to fix there poor product . What JUNK !!!

had some issues with connecting the hardware, instructions were really vague and wasted 1 1/2 hours talking to a tech support and solved nothing - guy was clueless and was a total waste of time. Finally someone sent me a detailed link on how best to connect old technology to a computer. figured it out pretty much on my own, but would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
