This drive is super fast, easy to install, and offers huge capacity. I used the free Acronis disk cloning software to move my Windows installation to the new drive, and it was so easy. Highly recommended.

Love this product! Loading screens on games are basically non-existent and the price is very competitive. Youre getting an amazing 4th gen nvme for the price of the 3rd gen samsung 970 evo plus (not saying 970 isnt a beast of its own). I also really liked their secure packing since I dont trust UPS to be gentle with my deliveries.

The only part of the installation that was questionable to me was whether I needed standoffs, I didnt, but it wasnt quickly apparent to me as my motherboard NVME port lifts the connection end up off the motherboard and the screw end is down to the motherboard so it is not level. On boot up, I went into the BIOS and saw the drive was recognized and after downloading the free Acronis cloning software the process was smooth and without incident. I was so amazed on my first reboot with this drive that I quickly went to check my drive C in explorer because my desktop and apps were as if it was still booting off my old drive. Seemless! Highly recommend upgrading with this product.

Works just as good as Samsung and it’s cost is lower.

These drives are very fast and dont break the bank whatsoever. They arent the fastest PCIe 4.0 NVMe drives but they are reasonably priced enough that you can buy 2 or more and slap them into a RAID 0 array (PCIe lane count permitting) for some serious performance. Under extended reads and writes these drives maintain a strong level of performance.

This SSD worked great for 10 months using Windows 10 and Windows 11. Then I installed the latest (optional) upgrade for Windows 11. The system destabilized (i.e. blue screen of death) within a half hour of normal operation. I removed the Sabrent SSD, and the computer operated normally after I installed a different SSD, and reinstalled a fresh operating system. Even worse, the system would not reboot if the Sabrent SSD was in any way connected to the computer (internal PCIE or external USB connection). I cleaned the contacts with isopropyl alcohol and still no luck. I tried one more trouble shooting routine before initiating an Amazon return. I booted the computer with a different SSD and attached the malfunctioning Sabrent SSD to the computer using an external USB mounting. The computer did not crash. I removed all partitions on the Sabrent using the Windows format and clean tools, which appear on the screen when a fresh OS installation is selected. Voila!, I reinstalled Windows to the malfunctioning SSD and it worked without a glitch. I cant determine whether the original problem was with the Sabrent SSD, or with the computer (ASRock B550 TAICHI motherboard). I am reporting this in case anyone else has a similar problem with the SSD. The downside, I lost all data on the SSD, with no possibility of direct recovery. Luckily, I have several backup appliances.

I have had another Sabrent Rocket SSD that after one year was at 55% health. I was afraid of losing data, so I bought this state of the art one. Oh, my surprise! After one month installed and less than that using it is already going down. I thought that being an American company producing in China would have some better quality than a simply Chinese company: illusion! My Samsung EVO has more than one year and a half of full working and its health is still 100%.

So far so good. I actually bought two. Sabrent seems to be an up & coming brand on the m.2 landscape.

Thing worked like a dream and the performance in a pcie 3.0 slot is still great. Installed on a razer blade 15 2020 with rtx 2070 and it is such a notable improvement from stock in storage and in speed. It’s still a great value in comparison to my pm981a drives that I use in my desktop.
