> 24 hourThis could be a great product, BUT the support is terrible. We started installing the product over the weekend. The package includes an innovative template that sticks to the cabinet door so you can drill the holes correctly. The adhesive is basically double stick tape and is covered by a waxy paper. Unfortunately, removing the paper also removed the adhesive. We contacted support to get some additional templates to replace the defective ones and were told, Unfortunately, these locking systems do not have parts available to send. So, if there is something missing from the package, or defective... you would have to return the entire product for the very inexpensive templates. Sorry thats not really an acceptable answer these days. So, if you go ahead and buy the product, inspect it quickly. If ANYTHING even looks wrong, return it immediately. Dont wait, and dont expect any help from support.

> 24 hourWe first put the latch type safety locks on our drawers and cabinets. Our son was 15 mths at the time and figured those out. He could also squeeze his hand in and get anything within reach. These magnet locks are fantastic. Even when he somehow manages to get his hands on the key, he hasnt figured out how to use it. Make sure to keep the key nearby. We put a bright keychain on the key so it was easy to find on our cluttered fridge. My husband did throw the key in one of the locked drawers once. He had to break the lock to get it out - so the lock works well! Now we have two sets in case that happens again.

> 24 houra little tricky to install and you have to drill the cabinets but they work great!!!!! I have full overlay cherry cabinets, the magnet works great through the door and they latch every time. I have self closing hinges and these do not provide any resistance when closing so they latch every time. I ordered a different kind accidentally and they would not always latch, or more accurately hardly ever latch........

> 24 hourWhen these works, theyre great. Weve had two issues: 1) They dont fit on all of our cabinets. It seems you need to have a certain type of drawer/cabinet for this to work -- like it needs an extra piece of wood sticking out of the inner side of the drawer/cabinet for things to align. So these wont work on half of our cabinets. 2) The one we put on our utensil drawer broke. And we replaced it with another one, and it broke again. Replaced, and broke again. I dont know if its a frequency of use thing, or if its because that drawer gets warm from having a heating vent right below it... suspecting the latter since it broke three times in just a few weeks...

> 24 hourWe like these so much we have purchased them three different times and have them on all the lower cabinet doors in our house. We have a very curious and adventurous 20 month old and these have worked wonderfully to keep her safe (and keep us sane). They are sturdy and professional looking. The magnet locking system gives it a cleaner feel rather than having to wedge your fingers in between the door to unhinge the lock. Theres also no way to open these doors as a child outside of tearing off the mechanism (which if installed correctly would be very difficult to do). The BEST thing about these locks though is that they can be disengaged without dismantling anything. There is a little button that will set it to unlock so if the kids are gone or you have company over you dont have to continue to use the magnet key to unlock. Also nice if your oldest child no longer messes with the cabinets, but then you have a second who has started to become inquisitive. Rather than reinstall new locks, just flip the switch! The biggest and only con I have with this item is that they are kind of a pain to install. The angles with which you are drilling are a little hard on the body. Once youve installed about 20 of them you get pretty efficient at doing it. However, that doesnt mean a few choice adult words arent used during their installation.

> 24 hourI dont want to give this one star but.... I bought these and installed three of them, simple to do, and they work great, actually ordered more before I even finished this project because I liked how well they work. But, the last lock I went to install was broken and would not lock with out some great effort... something I was not willing to do. I tried everything I know possible to find a way to contact the manufacturer and tell them this one was broken and please send me a replacement. I was not about to uninstall three I had already installed! NOTHING... I have no way to contact the seller and try to get this fixed so, I have to give them 1 star for customer support and the fact that I am no out one lock that I needed to keep my kiddos safe. If they contact me after reading this I will gladly give them a great rating but right now, I have no other recourse!

> 24 hourThese were difficult for my husband - a construction worker who builds houses - to figure out how to install on our full overlay cabinets. But nothing else would work right - we tried others, but the latch never would line up right due to the overlay doors. He finally got them installed - unfortunately, he split wood on the inside of the cabinets, but they do work, and well. My son was a little upset once he realized he couldnt get into his favorite two cabinets - where the mixing bowls and serving spoons and spatulas are kept!

> 24 hourEveryone loves this product. The locking system is completely invisible from the outside and is strong enough to stop a 2 year old toddler. I love that here is a locked/unlocked switch present if you are going to access the cabinet multiple time. Installation is slight nuance, since it was difficult to figure out the sticker guides that was included in the package, but the screws holes are slightly adjustable to make for a perfect fit.

> 24 hourThe Kidco S3362 is easier to install, but doesnt work nearly as well, at least not on my cabinets. My only beef with this product is the install template they give is neither intuitive nor effective. If they could steal a page from the Kidco playbook on the installation they would have a home run.
