Started using these a few months ago after running out of my usual salt/electrolyte 2 days before a race. These work great and taste is pretty good. Definitely need to wash down with plenty of water. This will be my new go to brand for electrolyte replacement.

My fiancé & I both work outside a lot and in the heat of the summer we need our electrolytes! I got these for when we wake up with a cramp in the middle of the night. They taste great, & are easy to chew. I love that I can keep them by the bed so I don’t have to go to the kitchen to mix up something and chug it down. I know I’ll end up using them other times too!

The texture of fastchews is about the same as sweet tarts/smarties. The flavors are great- not too salty like other hydration items I have tried. Peach is my favorite flavor, but if you prefer something more subtle/sweeter— try watermelon! These fast chews got me through my first summer running (and then fall/winter, too). I’m an excessive sweater no matter what I’m doing, but these save the day! They are like a little candy pick-me-up. Pop two in, chew, drink some water and keep on going for as long as you need!

First off, for anyone doing physical activities outside in the warmer months I’d recommend any of salt sticks products. These fast chews have a good taste, not over powering. They hit you almost instantly. I was in the middle of a gravel cycling race when my legs cramped up. A fellow teammate had these on him and quickly gave me one to chew up. Within 2 minutes I was up and riding again. Ever since that race I have sworn by Salt Stick products and have bought a lot of them. Even in the winter I wear warmer clothes and still try to get a very good sweat during my training rides. I always have fast chews with me to keep me going and never cramping.

Flavor isnt great, but works instantly. Its just hard to transport cuz it crumbles to dust.
