My brother just installed this on my very slow laptop and now it is running so fast and smooth!! Great product!!

I bought over a dozen different size EVO 870 SSD in the beginning of 2021 and more than 80% of them were RMA after a very light TBW usage with multiple unreadable sectors and SMART failures. I used a lot of different models and vendors disks but never seen such a high failing rate in SSD. And that is not just my observations. Search on NAS forums similar complains and discussions. EVO 850 and EVO 860 models are great but EVO 870 is a disaster.

Installation was easy , all went well and performance was great compared to hdd, however the drive failed to boot up after 3 weeks

I like it very much. Using this to make migration of my laptop data , just in case current ssd corrupted. All ssd has a life span of few years.

It turns out my pc become superfast.

Cloned existing hdd to this new samsung ssd using ... samsungs free data migration software... simple and straight forward.

2nd drive for space)

Its nice and fast seems reliable and its in my PC currently and think its going to work really well

Its zippy and loading in games faster than usual

Although i had issues with a faulty usb drive while backing up data from ps4, I had no problems whatsoever with this drive or installation. And it really does improve gameplay as far as load times. Nothing major but definitely noticeable on larger open world type games. Also 2tb doubkes the 1tb i had originally. And quieter only sounds i hear are from the bluray drive when I start the console. Like I said worth it, especially with the discounted price I paid after thanksgiving.
