A few months ago I upgraded my laptop RAM from 6GB to 20GB since processing was so slow. It barely made difference. I just installed the Samsung EVO and it added a massive speed boost. It used to take my laptop 2 or 3 minutes to boot up. Now it boots in 13 seconds; I timed it. There is virtually no lag in opening or running files/apps. I had hoped it would improve performance a little bit. I didnt expect it to make my computer run 10 times faster. Highly recommended, and now I am going to buy several more to replace all of my external drives as well.

Beyond me, how a package this damaged even leaves the distribution center? I have owned this exact model of Samsung 4 Tb SSD for over a year, EXCELLENT product. That is why I ordered a second SSD of the same model. Upgraded to 4 stars, Amazon quickly replaced with a new properly sealed drive.

It was easy to install but make sure u have a sata cable for the motherboard, when you are installing it. Otherwise it great for the money.

I bought it during the sale. I used it for install Windows 11. Booting time is shorter than before.

Id recommend getting it on sale, but for what it is this is one of the best SSDs you can get. No issues so far, but I really wish it came with an extra cable

Trusted brand, and proven product. I just hope it lasts -nothings perfect after all.

Easy to install and working well for me.

This drive is basically setting the standard for SSD performance. So given that I havent had too much to complain about. I dont use it for gaming, just running linux in the garage computer. So nothing to really test out the extremes of its performance.

Cloned and replaced my existing hard drive effectively.
