> 3 dayThis SSD went into my moms old desktop (Dell something or other, Haswell i7, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, old OEM GTX 645). I wanted to build her a new machine, but she declined, but would like her computer to boot up quicker. So an SSD upgrade seemed like a cheap and easy choice. I also threw in another 8GB of DDR3 that I had laying around. Got out my SATA dock, and just used the Samsung software to clone the drive. Swapped out the old HDD , installed the new one, and that was it. Took about 30 minutes. Installed the Samsung magician software, and now the old Dell books quickly, and is generally snappier in everyday use. No complaints at all.

> 3 dayThis is the second SSD from Samsung. 1st one would not transfer data using Samsung software per the instructions. After failing to migrate 3 times, each taking 5 hours, and having no luck with Samsung tech support, I thought Id try another one in case this one was just bad. Nope. Same results for both SSD. Ill try a different manufacturer.

Greater than one weekMy windows ssd was running out of space. So, I bought this one specifically for the migration software, so it would be an easy transition. Well, that didnt work, and instead, spent over a day reading up on how often the migration software doesnt work, and work around. I ended up having to use a completely different software, that still didnt work completely, as I cant unhook my old drive, or the new drive wont boot. Apparently it happens a lot. I give it 2 stars overall, as the drive does work, it just gave me a major headache, and took WAY too much of my time.

> 3 dayBeen running a month or so and no issues. PS4 has been running well and hiccups with the drive so far. Might get a second one to clone to as a backup.

> 3 dayI have to say this whole thing was way easier than expected. The cloning software was super easy to use (really straightforward - not that complicated at all) and then just had to swap in the new one and it was like nothing changed EXCEPT that the computer boots up like wildfire! Also, if you have games that take a while to load - youll notice a difference. I play Gears 5 quite a bit and it loads in much faster than before. Very happy with this one - and if I need more storage Ill be buying this one again.
