I bought this drive to use mainly as external storage since I use nvme hard drives for my main drive. Not as fast as other drives but still better than the older disc drives. Since I only want them for storage it is more than good enough. It is good as a secondary drive for storage but use a nvme for your Windows and programs instead.

Practically plug-and-play for replacing my ancient HDD for this faster SSD in my PS4 Pro. You have to download the firmware off of the Playstation site via USB to initiate the new drive, but its very simple and straightforward. The slimmer drive means you have to screw it into the drive tray at a slight elevation but its cake once youve got the first screw set.

Extremely easy to install with my Dell laptop (Inspiron 7737). Extremely fast (it is a SSD after all). Cant go wrong with this.

Best value for money. You cannot go wrong with this. Yes, you can cough up another 30% more and get the latest series and your drive will be a few milliseconds faster but this is the best bang for the buck to date. Thanks Samsung!

After receiving and successfully installing this Samsung SDD (870 QVO 1 TB), I decided to review my experience with this product. I purchased this to install on my HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF desktop PC, that I use for my business. When I purchased this PC it came with a 500 GB standard hard drive.

This SSD is fast as hell and I am really happy with the purchase.. Read and write speeds are 530 MBPS according to CrystalDiskmark. Didnt need to install windows on the SSD as I just used the AOMEI backupper for cloning the C drive. I also made two partitions on the drive as I purchased the 1TB variant. One for installing windows and other for games..

Ive bought two of Samsungs SSD now, and they work great, without question-- However, the software they give you to back up your old hard drive REALLY didnt like my system for some reason, so I ended up using a free option to migrate everything.
