I got this for my ps4 to replace the 500gb hdd. Significant difference in load speed, games do load faster!! Before you install watch the YouTube video amd go to playstation.com to download the ps4 software to a flash drive.

I installed this in my PS4 and works like a charm. Recommend to anyone else looking to replace or expand their hard drive.

My games loads just as fast as it does on my M2 SSD. Dont be fool by the numbers, for gaming its more than enough, and almost as fast as the more expensive M2 cards.

I bought my Evo 870 exactly a year ago to run my xbox one x through it. Initially, the SSD was running amazing but over the summer I noticed that the performance started to slow down but not enough that I had to be concerned about. As November approached my Xbox console started to crash once in a while including loose of save game data, I thought it was a Xbox issue so I ignored it but my mid December my console started to crash almost every day including loose of data, again I thought it was a Xbox issue so I used all their recommended solutions like recovering the console, and power cycling it. The issue still continued which resulted me not gamingon Xbox anymore. I never assumed the issue was with my SSD due to Samsung great reputation in this category but after doing an extensive research I just found out that SSDs are dying faster than other SSDs regardless of which model you are running. For now I have switched back to my old HDD that came with Xbox one x and everything is running fine again. I am in communication with Samsung support via phone call but lets just say they are not understanding my problem properly. I dont have access to a PC so I cant take my SSD out of my xbox and connected with a PC to running their software mitigation program.

Easiest repair or mod I’ve ever done to my systems.

Sequential Read/Write performance reaching up to 560/530 MB/s provides best in class performance via the SATA interface. Accelerated read performance up to 13% faster than 860 QVO for added benefits for everyday computing. 870 QVO provides adequate amount of TBW for daily use, equivalent to 3 bit MLC SSDs and offers up to 1. Expanded capacity up to 4TB for client SSD in 2.5” 7mm form factor. 720 TBW for 2TB model and 1,440 TBW for 4TB model. whichever comes first..
