Greater than one weekLoad times slashed deeper than my tires after my GF found me gaming when I should have been at her parents house meeting them for the first time.

> 3 dayBest value for money. You cannot go wrong with this. Yes, you can cough up another 30% more and get the latest series and your drive will be a few milliseconds faster but this is the best bang for the buck to date. Thanks Samsung!

Greater than one weekI bought this for samples libraires (Kontakt, OPUS, Vienna) which mainly utilize 4k random reads (QD1). While NVME drives will load patches faster, the streaming performance at QD1 standard is about the same, and youll get better thermal performance with SATA.

11-04-2025I got this ssd as an upgrade for my PS4 Pro, and its honestly really great. I got the 4tb model (storage for days). Its also pretty funny, it loads some games faster on my PS4 Pro than those same games on the PS5. Dont expect super extreme load times, but the are improved over an HDD.

> 3 dayFor those wanting a step up without buying a ps5, this is it. Might be a bit overkill but its a nice drive that produces less heat, faster read/write (whatever ps4 pro can handle on sata 3) and more storage.
