Samsung makes good drives from what Ive experienced. Always solid.

this became my new video storage / B-roll drive and also for assetto corsa car files.

Ive installed a half dozen or more of these Samsung 870 SSD drives in either the 500 GB or 1 TB size. SSD drives really put the pep back into your computer. When you load an application it comes off your drive, not memory. When you open a document or file, it comes off your drive. Sometimes you run out of memory for loading your operating system. When that happens your computer uses the hard drive. SSD drives are so much faster.

Works exactly as I’d hoped it would, only complaint is mine did not come with the set screws to mount it in my pc, however my pc tower came with extra. Getting all of the necessary software and drivers was not mentioned in the installation manual, which was very vague to begin with

Added it to my PC just for MSFS 2020 and really noticed a difference. It works very well. Very easy to install

I review after six months of use. Zero problems.

Still way too expensive in this day and age for a slower SSD, also only getting 7.27TB outta the 8 is pretty dickish.
