Had to buy M.2 standoffs with screws for asus as they do not come with the product. This drive works great as intended. mine was a warehouse deal used and someone left their operating system on Drive which caused a problem for my installation until I formatted M.2 Drive and then I could restart the computer with this inside otherwise it would give me an error and I would have to boot off satta connect this format it and then install Windows on this so make sure this drive has nothing on it before trying to install Windows on it.

Easy install, formatted easy, excellent transfer rates

My game was glitching, transferred it over to from a regular SATA non ssd to this and now it runs like new. I Use it as my primary game drive.

Loved it was able to expand with programming

This is me coming from a laptop that had only one 2.5inch HDD. And the jump from that to a 970 Evo Plus for Windows boot is so jaw dropping. Im using this as the Windows boot drive and other programs so as not to clog it up with other things and potentially slowing it down (Thats what Ive been reading here and there on tech sites).

I prefer these types of SSDs for older games such as the Master Chief Collection and GTA V. Its certainly fast and, as a boot drive, Windows boots incredibly fast. Great value for 100 bucks.
