I dont own the EVO Plus, I own two 970 Pros. However, there is much traffic on the web warning agaInst the use of the EVO Plus in a Macintosh. Quite simply they do not work at this time. However, the earlier model EVO and the Pro do work well with the Macintosh. Buyer Beware.

2 tb Capacity size is a little small, I wish it was about twice the amount for the same price. Then, I would consider it the best value ever.

Its fast, i have a little bit quicker boot times since i cloned my evo 850 250gb to my 970 EVO 500gb!

I am a pretty heavy gamer, Ive had this going for about 8 months with my OS on it. Clone worked just fine. No complaints and deals with large files wonderfully.

Got this for my son for Christmas and it works great and was easy to format but I really wish that it came with a mounting screw. Other than that it has been perfect.
