It’s fast and a lot of storage

drive was supposed to be new! box seal was cut! it had 235 gig used on drive (Adobe program)!

Arrived fast, and it works as fast as it arrived.

Bought the drive in March, now it’s May and the return window is already closed. Every few hours my computer crashes, with error messages that indicate thst its related to corrupted files. Windows reports there’s something wrong with the drive, and that I should reboot to repair it, but when I do so it crashes during the repair attempt. Today I booted only to see the message that “boot sector is missing”. Can’t return, because there’s only a one month return window on Amazon.

Im not sure how or why but after running a crystal disc test my read and write speeds or about four times higher than what Ive seen in the reviews or the advertised speeds. I bought both a 1 TB and 2 TB disc of this model and transferred my OS into the 1 TB disc with crazy load up times. All my programs load up as soon as I click on them and games load up insanely quick too. This model doesnt even support rapid mode and Samsung magician software so Im not sure how Im getting these results but Im happy. Hopefully this drives last me a while since Ive seen some reviews say that the drive has failed after a few months. Will provide an update if anything happens

I use these drives as plot drives for chia mining I have over 30 terabytes of writes on each drive and they still havent failed like I say they should have been dead by now but they keep on ticking like I say I highly recommend these drives for cheap plot drives theyre the best drives you can buy for your money.

worth every penny, I have a Thinkpad P72, put this in to use as my primary / OS disk, will buyt another. Boot time on my laptop is very fast now, Highly recommend worth the price

Decent value when on sale. Prices need to come down on larger drives.

Got this for my System76 Oryx Pro 7. I wanted a large capacity drive with fast read/write speeds for gaming and general use. In my use so far, havent run into any issues with the drive itself. Game loading times are super fast. Very happy with this purchase.
