I went from running out of memory and having to load some of my games off of a hard disk drive to having plenty of memory and being able to load all of my games off of an SSD; leading to vastly improved load times that are usually incredibly quick. I never see textures still loading in after getting into a game anymore. In other words I got exactly what I wanted.

at first when i installed my m.2 my motherboard was having issues booting and detecting my other boot drives but a few youtube vids later and moving around my seta cables i finally got it to work. i dont really notice too much of a speed difference but the extra 2tb of space for a small drive like that is a good add on

Best chips in the business are manufactured in Korea, that pretty much covers it. Even shipped with the right firmware so I didnt have to update it.

My PC has an old Asus AMD M5A99FX MB (but no onboard M.2 slots). So I bought a “AMPCOM M.2 NVME SSD to PCIe 4.0 Adapter Card” to allow me to put this NVMe in an available PCIe 2.0 x4 slot on the MB. Worked well as any disk should, in Win 11, but was not bootable (not the problem of the SSD or the adapter card) this was an issue with the old BIOS, which did not support booting a NVMe type of drive. The fix is getting an upgraded BIOS (not available on the MB manufacture BIOS updates site). Solution - I bought a “ BIOS patched for NVMe booting” and problem is solved. Even on my PCIe 2.0 backplane I got a significant bump in performance, see attached pictures, with all related info.

Bought this a couple of days ago when it was on sale for $159 and it came the next day. The install process for the PS5 was really simple as well. As soon as I booted up the console it prompted me to format the stick. A couple of minutes later it was ready to go. Speed is just as advertised, around 6500MB/s. Immediately copied most of my larger games to it and its been working perfect so far!

Works exactly as described, fast shipping, easy installation. Though I highly recommend watching a how to tutorial before attempting to install this. With that said, I had no issues. And I highly recommend

I put my games on my PS5 back on the console from another SSD and it took about 20-25 minutes. Installed this one and transferred what was on the other SSD and 100 GB MORE. It took 5 minutes total!! Simply awesome!
