Ive been a fan of Samsung storage for a while, so I was pretty excited about a new reasonably priced option. The primary concern for value priced storage is quality control, since a lot of manufacturers sell chips with minor defects at a lower price point. Samsung has a good track record and its very encouraging that the SSD 980 comes with a 5 year warranty.

Samsung magic doesnt work with this item. Read write Speeds are actually slower than my normal ssd drives. I guess Ill use it just for storage

Its fast, its reliable and the price is right. Highly recommended.
