> 3 dayI had problems with a new build that I eventually traced to the XPG GAMMIX S70 I was using. It caused BSODs from a WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. Switching to this Samsung 980 for my boot drive solved all my problems. The speed may be a bit slower (comparing 4th to 3rg gen NVME), but I now believe that reliability is much more important than just saving a few bucks. Youll pay it in the end with wasted time troubleshooting if you buy a cheaper piece of crap.

> 3 dayThis 1 TB drive was purchased and easily installed in a 2021 HP OMEN 15.6 Gaming Laptop. It works fine and the extra added storage is a much needed upgrade for a Laptop that only came with 512 GB. It does not come with any sort of mounting hardware, so you will have to reuse screws and brackets from pre existing drives. It seems to run fast without running with day to day usage and gaming,no real complaints and Ive had no thermal issues to date. A solid drive with reasonably fast speeds and the Samsung name to go along with it.

> 3 dayI had been holding off on an ssd to buy for my computer for a long time because of budget reasons. However after a while I was finally able to save up and afford one and decided to go with this samsung branded NVME drive as I thought that samsung was a good reliable brand. I am highly satisfied with the product and I can say my computer boots up pretty fast.

> 3 dayThe drive itself was easy to install (I’m talking about physically inserting the drive into the motherboard) however, problems began when trying to clone my old SSD OS to the new drive. In a nutshell, if you get the unknown error at 99% with Samsung Data Migration Assistant, unistall that crap and just download Macrium Reflect. I was done cloning the OS in 11 minutes (only 75GB data so not much).
