Read a review on here that said it worked great for the PS5. Im not exactly super tech savvy, so I figured it was great and I would get it. After installing it and seeing it wasnt working. I seen that possibly it was the Pro version and maybe someone wrote the review on the wrong product. Regardless, NOT FOR PS5!!

Just using it for my boot drive, and holy cow what an upgrade! Went from an old samsung 850 m.2 to this! Literally boots up in like... 5 seconds. Installed windows in like 30 seconds. Insane.

Samsung has always been great with ssd’s. This nvme is top notch without paying the EVO or Pro pricing. As fast as advertised out of the box. Migrated data from old ssd easily with Samsung’s software! Fast and ready to go!

The hardware is great. I’d recommend using 3rd party software to instal if you are upgrading a laptop drive since the Samsung software tool famously sucks.

This drive sped up my boot speed by about 10 minutes, coming from a standard Seagate HHD. only issue was that the drive didnt come formatted and had to do it myself. it was really quick but I did get confused.

It was not as fast it expected but it is quick in normal using it, benchmarking is was It lacking (a speed only a third I expected).

Easy Installation. set up a 1TB Raid 1 array for my C: drive. I took my 2 500gb SSds and seat up a Raid 1 Drive for games. Raid 1 offers faster reads because the system can read from 2 drives. Slower Writes though.
