Sin problemas de instalacion

This is an awesome SSD! Im glad to have bought it from Samsung as it is a trust worthy retailer that you can rely on to give you high quality products. This m.2 nvme solid state drive has a high storage capacity (1tb, but around 970-980 gb useable), along with high transfer speeds if you put it in a m.2 slot with pcie 3.0, 4.0, or higher. I am currently using the 980 1TB in a m.2 pcie 3.0 slot, and when tested it runs around 3,000mb/s. This SSD is the one to buy if you are using PCIE 3.0, you wont need the 980 PRO as the 980 PRO is for pcie 4 or higher, if you were to use the 980 PRO on a pcie 3.0 you wouldnt have a difference between the 980 PRO and the regular 980. The SSD comes with a manual, and the Samsung magician software for managing your SSD. It is very easy to install the ssd (the manual has easy to understand installation instructions), all you do is open your computer (be sure to turn off and unplug your PC first, and ground yourself!!!!), locate a m.2 nvme ssd slot, put it in at 45 degrees (the instructions talks about orientation and the correct side), and then use a m2x3 screw (also known as a m.2 screw) to hold the ssd in place on the base screw. Once you install the SSD you will have to set it up in windows. I have linked a video on how to set it up in windows quickly. I recommend this product to all consumers!

En cuanto a la instalación es muy fácil. Me gustaría que enviaran el tornillo con el que se sujeta a la tarjeta madre.

I purchased my gaming laptop that had 1 TB SSD. I quickly used that space and had an open slot to add another. I purchased this because it is made by a very reliable company and the deal for 100 bucks or so at the time was just fine with me. Installation took me about 10 minutes since I had to undo 11 screws on the bottom of my laptop to get to the slot to install the SSD. Once installed, I had no problems at all with it. Response time was quick and efficient, and I am happy with the purchase. I couldve bought my laptop with a bigger hard drive, but opted to take the cheaper option and buy and install one on my own.

Works great, just be aware if youre a win7 holdout getting it to work will be a nightmare. If youre on win10 should just, plug it in and have it show up.

The Samsung 980 is a perfect culmination of storage technology, I find it to suit my needs as an open world gamer. Im running it on Gen 3 Asus ROG Maximus X Code. And benchmarks with over half used capacity show 3395mb/2728mb sequential and 326171/27381 IOPS on Random which is doing a perfect job for games with world streaming like Star Citizen. Game loads are in seconds not minutes and that makes for a happy gamer. The 980 also boasts solid longevity having good thermals for me its at steady 40c and a write life of 600 TBW backed by a 5 year limited. warranty. Now Im just waiting on a 2tb version to sweeten the specs.

I bought this as an upgrade for my laptop!
