> 24 hourAmazon knowing sent me a defective product saying it was new and nothing about a pixel being out on the screen. I was suspicious of the very low price (700 including the keyboard case) for this particular model(not the black), but I bit. A-holes. Normally this would have been much more expensive. Buy from Amazon and this may(and probably will happen to you).

> 24 hourSamsungs customer support is the absolute worst. Should you need to send your device in for repairs like I did, good luck on waiting. I was initially told it could take up to seven business days from the time the tablet was received at Samsungs repair facility. On the sixth business day after my device was received at their repair facility I received an email notifying me my device was received and it could take up to seven business days to repair. Then I made multiple calls to Samsungs customer service due to the conflicting information and received more conflicting information from the representatives with alot of apologies. Some reps told me they would resolve the issue and get back with me and I never heard anything back; others told me I received the wrong information from Samsung and other representatives. Each call with customer support involved the representative trying to call the repair facility, telling me they could never get in contact with the repair facility although they would leave a voicemail (as if this would provide some level of comfort). Needless to say, I am still in limbo without my device and weeks have gone by. I would strongly urge/recommend purchasing a device from Apple or some other reputable company due to the ordeal I have had to go through with Samsungs customer support. - A Very Dissatisfied Customer

> 24 hourThis unit replaced a Galaxy Tab A Nook unit from Barnes and Noble. It is slightly larger, but so much faster, more versatile, and has more capacity. A good upgrade from the Nook. Everything seems to be working very well.

> 24 hourI moved from a Tab 2. Use is personal, internet, not business. Screen quality is excellent. Battery life when watching videos is 40 hours. Game play with lots of windows open and constantly downloading apps from the Play store (114 automatically ported using Samsung software) would be 9.5 hours of battery life. To fully charge while not in use is 3 hours but while being used, expect it to take 2-2.5 times as long. Some complaint about the home button being in software vs real - it has worked fine for me. The irus/face recognition seems to work well with and without my glasses. I got 256GB - this is why I went S4 vs S3, I wanted 256GB of internal storage - AND I like the SD slot for extra storage.
