Very disappointed controls on top don’t work font keeps changing and FB keeps freezing up unless tablet is held in an upright position

Bought this for my wife for Xmas, been working great for her.

Easy to use

In this day and age of larger apps and larger files, the amount of storage on this tablet is miniscule, even if you take into consideration the ability to add an expandable microsd card. Some of us need our tablets in areas where internet service is minimal or non-existent, and we may be there for an extended period of time. I went with an Alldocube Iplay 40 pro with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, plus added a 512GB microsd card. I couldnt be happier. Considering on-board storage isn’t hugely cost prohibitive, I’d reconsider units with less than 128GB as most likely needing replacement in 3 years or less.

Slow tablet and has bad screen quality. I regret the purchase. Wasted my money.

Of course after the return window closes it wont turn on or anything. Now Im stuck with it. I always thought Samsung products were great, have many Samsung products. Not a happy customer.
