Good quality tablet, my daughter has one now for bout a yr, so I ordered one also. Nice HD screen and fast loads. So far I enjoy my new tablet.

Very satisfed

Everything is nice, very sleek and slender. The only downside would be the battery it doesnt charge quickly it takes hours to charge. But every thing else is great.

Its a great tablet. Its a shame they didnt see fit to disclose its wifi only.

Item is not new; it is refurbished. Sending it back for a new item.

While trying to set the tablet up it began spontaneously returning to the home screen at random times. At first I thought I must be touching the navigation buttons but I was able to rule that out because the problem occurred even when the tablet was laying flat on the table with nothing even close to the navigation buttons. I couldnt even set up my email initially it happened so often. I contacted Amazon customer support, and they had me try all the things I had already tried to no avail. But at least it began to happen less frequently. I should have returned it the first day, but the problem became more intermittent. It still happened multiple times every single time I used it, but less often so I was able to complete tasks. Nobody wants to return a device theyve put all their personal information on, so I continued to be patient. One month in, and I took it off the charger one morning, checked the weather without issues, and 5 minutes later it was just a brick. Completely unresponsive. I tried a factory reset from the off position without luck. Ruled out charger issues. Thankfully Amazon refunded my money and took it back. I am sure every tablet isnt as defective as the one I was sent, but that is the one I am reviewing. I declined having them send me another of the same tablet, and I bought a Lenovo instead.

Not sure if I just received one of the defective batches, but this tablet is just not worth it. It was working fine for the first two weeks then all of a sudden it constantly freezes and crashes. If my daughter didn’t love this tablet so much, I’d return it. When it crashes I have to troubleshoot it, which is too often…and it’s very annoying. Aside from that, it is a beautiful tablet.
