I bought it on sale and it was worth the money!! So far so good!! It takes a while to turn on and screen color is a little washed out!

It stopped running after 3weeks and I couldnt send it back ...

Not a high end tablet but is a quality tablet for its price point. Speakers are super loud and screen very good for this price point. Im quite pleased with this purchase!

Ive had several Galaxy tablets in the past with no problems but on this one, the power button has quit after just over six months. Im hoping to find a place that can fix it, but my main complaint is Samsungs lack of customer service. I went online and sent an email for help and they told me to look for a service area near me. Not much help. Then they wanted me to review their customer service. Really?

I will update this review as I explore the tablet further. First impressions are lukewarm. Samsung have dumbed this tablet down by (i) eliminating the notification light so you have no idea if youve got new messages, emails, etc. while the screen is black and (ii) eliminating the flash for the rear camera and (iii) the charging cord is ridiculously short! Im sure someone at Samsung got a promotion or a raise for these bonehead cost-saving measures! Also the rear camera protrudes 1/8 from the case so tablet doesnt lay flat!

First, I want to say I have never been disappointed in Samsung products. until now, that is. I upgraded from a Galaxy Tab S5e to a Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. The problem was, I used the Galaxy Tab S5e on a nightstand mount for a clock, some audiobooks, Kindle, music, and an alarm clock. So, having upgraded to a huge tablet (and I love it) I needed something to fill the gap left by the smaller Galaxy Tab S5e. I bought this Galaxy Tab A8 10.5-inch tablet. What a mistake!

He is super excited to get this tablet. He put in his birthday request a few months ago, we delivered!

First off, its a good tablet and I can recommend it. With some caveats.

Bought for a gift they love it and say it works really good.

Used this to upgrade my sons previous tablet. The old one did not allow him to download things from the play store. Great decision to go this route, and if you are a precious android user this will be extremely easy to use. So far no issues with battery life, display picture or clarity, or reliability. So far so good.
