After three days the release button for the dustbin broke. Hair gets caught in the back wheels. I dont think this vacuum is worth the price.

I just received it this Friday and it’s amazing! My entire home is LVP, including closets. We own 3 dogs..( the dog hair) I ran it and it totally sucked everything up, including my corners. It was quieter than expected and I couldn’t be more pleased!! Great buy!

I researched a number of these vacuums for ever and ended up taking a chance in this model, having seen numerous favorable reports. The 60 min battery is excellent the cleaning power is just amazing , especially if you have pets. I purchased an additional battery as we have a large home I can only say excellent

Bought a Dyson stick vac about 5 years ago and was never really happy with the job it did from day one. The suction just wasnt that strong. Over time the suction got much worse. Last week I realized that it was definitely time to invest in a new one. Didnt want to go with another Dyson and saw the Samsung Pet 75 Jet was on sale. I have other Samsung products and have always been pleased with their products so I went for it and ordered it. All I can say is WOW!!! This product is amazing!! The suction is amazing, its quick to charge, easy to clean, very quiet even on the highest setting, gets under low to the floor furniture with ease...I could go on and on but in a nutshell this vaccum is worth every penny even at full price. Love Love Love it!!! I think that you will too!

This vacuum is very light weight and is easy to use. Lasts about 30 minutes on a full charge. I find it best for my area rugs, as I can get them all done before the battery dies.

Light enough for me to clean our house. Works well.

Honestly I love this vaccum very powerful suction, lightweight and maneuverable. Perfect for vacuuming stairs. Great for vacuuming pet hair, and great for hardwood floor or carpet

Edit battery died in 3 days battery give me a error cycling all the lights, I checks all connections made sure it wasnt blocked. Contacted samsung themselves for the check list then they told me return it to supplier

you had to drill this into your wall. it’s convenient to use. doesn’t really get the pet fur out of carpet but it great at getting dander. the battery last for ~15-30 minutes

Pros: Love how lightweight and easy to clean it is. Makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze. Cons: On the Jet setting, the rollers often get clogged and the battery only lasts 15 minutes
