Bought this for my elderly mother and was worried it would be complicated. But once you read the instructions it is so easy to use!!! I absolutely love not having to mess with a cord!! This makes vacuuming so easy and now I want to get one for myself! Make note that the mini tool is for hardwood floor and couch. But it is absolutely amazing how quickly this cleans my mom’s carpet!!!

Great for quick cleanups on dust and pet hair on tile and hardwood flooring. Wheel brush can sometimes clog but easily removable for cleaning. Good on throw rugs not on carpets

Pros: Love how lightweight and easy to clean it is. Makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze. Cons: On the Jet setting, the rollers often get clogged and the battery only lasts 15 minutes

We bought this new from Amazon directly, but Samsung has clearly repackaged this model, omitting a key part: the $19.99 Combination Tool (brush tool). Its shown in pics, and listed as part of the vacuum (not an accessory) right on page 1 of the Owners Manual (see image). We called the day we got this (12-14-22) and were promised a replacement tool in 10 days. We called 27 days later,on Jan 9, 2023, and again a 2nd Support rep promised to send us this key missing part. Inexplicably, today, 24 hours later, I got an odd text from Samsung saying they could not fulfill the replacement part request and they were cancelling it! They suggested I call J& J International and BUY one instead! Of course, I dont even have the Samsung part number at this point! And, on principle, I refuse to fork over $20 more. I was really hacked. Called Samsung a 3rd time. Another 45 minutes on the phone. A 3rd Ticket opened. A 3rd promise for them to maybe send me a $19.99 Combination Tool for the missing one from my Pet 75. I did find this tool finally by Googling Samsung Pet 75 Combination Tool. It pops right up on the Samsung website. You can order it. But why? Its supposed to be included. Without this tool, theres no way to vacuum drapes, curtains, blinds, clothes, car seats. A brush is a necessity. FWIW, the battery is pretty small. Youll have to drop another $100 to get the larger spare Samsung battery. So, add $100 to the price as they included the smaller battery. It last about 15 minutes. This vacuum has lots of suction. My wife really likes it. Me, I was ready to return it on Day One (12-14-22), when I found the brush tool was missing. She wants me to give Samsung a 3rd chance to fix this. What is also strange is the wall bracket has a mounting ring for this combination tool to attach to that doesnt accomodate the other small turbo brush, plus the manual shows this brush in it pictorially, and doesnt show it as an optional accessory. Were not sure what Samsung product design department was thinking, as this omission is baffling every customer. It seems like the marketing group REPACKAGED the Pet 75 to lower the cost, and omitted the brush to save a few bucks, forgetting its listed in the manual as standard (not optional) equipment. Thats a deceptive and unfair trade practice, illegal in most states. To be crystal clear, Ive called SAMSUNG Support three times over a missing $20 brush tool in the past month. And, twice my replacement orders were cancelled mysteriously with no notice or callback. Ive now wasted three hours on this, and I still dont have this part as I rewrite this review on 01-11-23. I shouldve insisted on returning it on day one.

I was hoping this vacuum would live up to the previous reviews. I’m definitely not Dyson rich but I’ve long hair and two cats so i was hoping for a quality product with Samsung. Their other appliances haven’t disappointed me. But sure enough, 3 days after the return window closed, its showing tube malfunction signs & Keeps turning off. I’ve cleaned out the canister after each use, removed hair from the rotating part every few uses, and after the warning sign started showing up i detached and reattached all portions to make sure they were attached correctly and there were no blockages. The suction power was mediocre from the start but now it’s useless.

After 5 years, I decided it was finally time to break up with my Dyson. I did a lot of research about vacuums. I scoured Amazon reviews, search engines, manufacturer websites, and even took to word of mouth. Although I had decided on this Samsung vacuum, I admit I was still a little hesitant to move forward with such a big purchase from a name that was not necessarily known for vacuums. I am here to report, that I am SO GLAD that I did! I had no idea that my previous vacuum was doing such a poor job. The Samsung battery power, suction levels, and overall performance blew my old vacuum out of the water. I have a Shiba Inu who sheds like crazy and this vacuum is incredible for getting all of the hair and dander out of my carpet. It also works well on my vinyl plank floors and rugs. Samsung has certainly won my business with this item!

A amazing vacuum ! if i could rate 100 stars i would ! i was iffy on getting it because the reviews about the battery life but i was able to vacuum 3 bedrooms , a staircase & my hallway with one bar left ! it was on mid the whole time so that could be why it lasted me longer but it still did a great job on sucking everything up !

I like the on off switch vs the Dyson that you have to hold down a trigger to run. It has very good suction and picks up everything on my floor.

Reasonable suction, maneuverable. Charging is not well thought through. The power brick has a build-in plug and is an inconvenience in a tight outlet. Why not have a IEC 60320-C7 female + a pigtail? More serviceable and convenient. The charger does not charge battery directly - a battery has to be in the handle for charging. Which is a nuisance, as I can not charge one battery while using another. Kinda ridiculous.

So it’s taken almost a year and for some reason I see two vacuums in my house. A cheap bissell Walmart special and this one. I vacuum with the Samsung…. And just realized I always vacuum with the cheap Walmart one afterwards since there is still dog hair on the rugs and floor corners. Take that for what you will.
