> 3 dayThe suction is good but doesn’t want to work on my entryway rug. The brush stops spinning and a warning light comes on. It also does not want to stand on its own. For the cost of this thing you would thing they would have a better design. Lastly….. the wall mount does not have a home for the smaller brush. Again should be a better design for the cost.

> 3 dayBought a Dyson stick vac about 5 years ago and was never really happy with the job it did from day one. The suction just wasnt that strong. Over time the suction got much worse. Last week I realized that it was definitely time to invest in a new one. Didnt want to go with another Dyson and saw the Samsung Pet 75 Jet was on sale. I have other Samsung products and have always been pleased with their products so I went for it and ordered it. All I can say is WOW!!! This product is amazing!! The suction is amazing, its quick to charge, easy to clean, very quiet even on the highest setting, gets under low to the floor furniture with ease...I could go on and on but in a nutshell this vaccum is worth every penny even at full price. Love Love Love it!!! I think that you will too!

Greater than one weekThis replaced a comparable cordless Dyson stick vacuum that I have used for more than 15 years. This Samsung is similar in design, weight, and power but it costs less than comparable Dyson models, has a longer battery life, a wider power head, and a larger dust bin. Also, the dust bin is easier to empty then the old vacuum: remove from the main vacuum unit by a push button, lift the internal filters out, and turn upside down to empty. The filters can be cleaned by washing or brushing when removed from the bin. This Samsung has been quite satisfactory for light vacuuming. It is quiet and relatively easy to maneuver around. It is turned on and off by a push button. There are lights to indicate the vacuuming power (Min, Mid, Max) along with – and + buttons to select the power level. Hold down the + button for a few seconds while at the Max level and the vacuum switches to a super “Jet” level. There is also a light to indicate a clog, the roller/beater has stopped spinning, or that the filter is installed incorrectly or missing. The design incorporates a “notch” along the bottom of the vacuum that catches on the edge of a flat surface and this keeps the vacuum from sliding down when I prop it against the edge of a table or the island in our kitchen. I have found this feature to be especially useful. There are no LED “headlights” on the main powered head, but I can’t say I would use that feature since I do not vacuum in the dark and I would want to use the battery power to extend the vacuuming time instead of powering headlights. The battery is removable and can be charged separately in the charger or while attached to the vacuum when it is hung on the wall-mounted charger. The battery has three lights on the right and left sides that indicate the charge remaining or the progress of charging (see picture). The stated maximum run time is about 1 hour at the Min power level using a non-powered head (i.e. the crevice tool) and 18 minutes at the Mid power level using the main powered turbo head. I still had one light of charge left after vacuuming for about 15 minutes mostly at the Mid power level with the turbo brush head and occasional use of the Min, Max and Jet levels. The Min level worked well for our low nap door mats and dog beds and the Max and Jet for heavily soiled carpet. This model came with a powered turbo brush head, a mini motorized brush head, and a crevice tool that can be extended in length. What is missing is an optional non-powered head with brush bristles that I found useful with my old stick vacuum. The two powered heads or the crevice tool can be attached to the vacuum without having to use the long “pipe”. The mini motorized brush is useful for vacuuming stairs and upholstery, but the powered roller/beater is not as effective as it could be because two plastic bars across the bottom keep it from coming into contact with most surfaces (see picture). The roller/beater of both powered tools run all the time and cannot be turned off, and both can be removed for cleaning. Other than not including a non-powered head with brush bristles, my only criticism is that the mini motorized tool does not fit on the tool attachment points of the charger/wall hanger. There are two attachment points and the crevice tool fits one but neither of the powered heads or the “pipe” will fit the other. I assume the second attachment point is for the optional head with the brush bristles. I attached the charger to a wall, hung the vacuum and attached the crevice tool, but the mini tool had to be placed on a shelf or left on the floor. So, I screwed a two prong hanger into the wall so that I could hang the min tool next to the wall mounted charger (see picture). It would have been nice if Samsung had designed the hanger/charger so that all tools could be attached and stored together.

18-04-2025Not what I expected for a $300 vacuum cleaner. it seems to perform the same as the $30 vacuum we had before. I wish that it maneuvered a little bit better. I feel like I have to vacuum on max suction setting always to feel like anything gets clean. However, the dustbin does fill up so it is picking up stuff. The button on the dustbin broke about a month into use and I called in the warranty, and Samsung is shipping me a replacement dustbin. Also, our last cordless vacuum cleaner had lights on it and I really miss that feature. I can vacuum my entire house which is 2000 ft.² on a single charge. Also, if you have rugs from the brand rugable, the washable rugs. You cannot use this vacuum cleaner on them even on the lowest suction, it won’t work. It acts like it’s jammed, and the brush stop spinning. And lastly, it took some getting used to to be able to remove the dust bin and empty it and put it back. It’s very difficult to handle and I don’t believe it clicks into place or makes any sound when you’ve put it back together properly.

> 3 dayI was hoping this vacuum would live up to the previous reviews. I’m definitely not Dyson rich but I’ve long hair and two cats so i was hoping for a quality product with Samsung. Their other appliances haven’t disappointed me. But sure enough, 3 days after the return window closed, its showing tube malfunction signs & Keeps turning off. I’ve cleaned out the canister after each use, removed hair from the rotating part every few uses, and after the warning sign started showing up i detached and reattached all portions to make sure they were attached correctly and there were no blockages. The suction power was mediocre from the start but now it’s useless.

> 3 dayI like the on off switch vs the Dyson that you have to hold down a trigger to run. It has very good suction and picks up everything on my floor.

> 3 dayIm so sad because I really loved the product, but the battery is dying super quick, in less than 30 minutes of use after only 5 months of very light use.
