Greater than one weekNot what I expected for a $300 vacuum cleaner. it seems to perform the same as the $30 vacuum we had before. I wish that it maneuvered a little bit better. I feel like I have to vacuum on max suction setting always to feel like anything gets clean. However, the dustbin does fill up so it is picking up stuff. The button on the dustbin broke about a month into use and I called in the warranty, and Samsung is shipping me a replacement dustbin. Also, our last cordless vacuum cleaner had lights on it and I really miss that feature. I can vacuum my entire house which is 2000 ft.² on a single charge. Also, if you have rugs from the brand rugable, the washable rugs. You cannot use this vacuum cleaner on them even on the lowest suction, it won’t work. It acts like it’s jammed, and the brush stop spinning. And lastly, it took some getting used to to be able to remove the dust bin and empty it and put it back. It’s very difficult to handle and I don’t believe it clicks into place or makes any sound when you’ve put it back together properly.

Greater than one weekThe pros: This vacuum is super lightweight and maneuvers effortlessly around furniture and underneath hard-to-reach places. I am impressed! The suction is great on the Max setting. Also love how easy it is to attach/detach different heads for different uses, such as the crevice tool. The cons: Unfortunately, we tend to use the max setting most of the time to get sufficient suction strength, yet the max setting lasts us probably 15 minutes or less on the smaller size battery that came with the vacuum from this purchase - not enough time to clean the house. We waited for a deal to pop up on another battery and realized that theres a slightly larger one that comes with the Jet 90 model, which also fits the 75. Since we ordered that and started using the bigger battery, weve had sufficient power to clean most of the house on one charge. I would recommend getting two batteries like we have to make sure you never run out. This brings me to another downside of this vacuum - they sell parts separately, such as the battery and other head attachments, at a very steep premium price. For example, the soft action brush head for getting at hardwood floors costs $99 last time I checked. I wish they would just include all the attachments you need in all of their packages since these vacuums are already at a premium price anyways. Overall, we are keeping our vacuum as it definitely gets the job done on the max suction setting, and we love how light weight it is and easy to maneuver. Its well designed, but we wish they would just ship you two batteries and all the attachments you need right from the get-go instead of making it so you have to go back and purchase things separately... hope this helps!

> 3 dayPros: Love how lightweight and easy to clean it is. Makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze. Cons: On the Jet setting, the rollers often get clogged and the battery only lasts 15 minutes

> 3 dayIts slick, nice color and design. I love the fact it comes with mini head for your bed and couch. I dont think bettery really last over 40min. I would say 20min. I have 500sq studio and when I use Max power with full charge, didnt last till I finish. If you have bigger place , not sure better would last. Also suction is good but not really strong. I think its good for the price and small space.

> 3 dayThis was purchased on a Black Friday special for my office, but after using it, we decided to move our 2 year old Dyson to the office and keep this one at home. Battery life is top notch as is suction. My only critique is the dust cup is a bit cumbersome to operate and clean out.

> 3 dayI had my doughs about a battery operated vacuum, but the SAMSUNG Jet 75, surprised me. It has lived up to its data sheet. The suction is variable to provide the added bust when needed, it is very maneuverable, and very easy to empty. Now, as always we will see how long the vacuum lasts, longevity is important too.

> 3 dayPurchased this to replace a Dyson V7 Animal. Wife can do the whole house with one charge, switching between hi and med. With 2 small dogs there seems to be an endless supply of hair and the Samsung gets it all. She normally runs it twice a day and has yet to run out of battery power.
