> 3 dayBought this for my elderly mother and was worried it would be complicated. But once you read the instructions it is so easy to use!!! I absolutely love not having to mess with a cord!! This makes vacuuming so easy and now I want to get one for myself! Make note that the mini tool is for hardwood floor and couch. But it is absolutely amazing how quickly this cleans my mom’s carpet!!!

> 3 dayIt over heats and shuts off on carpet mats. Will not pick up fine dog hair unless you go slow and over the carpet 3 or 4 times And its supposed to be a pet vacuum??? Maybe if you have a gerbil! Returning... and I Love Samsung products, just not this one!

I scoured Amazon reviews, search engines, manufacturer websites, and even took to word of mouth. Although I had decided on this Samsung vacuum, I admit I was still a little hesitant to move forward with such a big purchase from a name that was not necessarily known for vacuums. I am here to report, that I am SO GLAD that I did! I had no idea that my previous vacuum was doing such a poor job. The Samsung battery power, suction levels, and overall performance blew my old vacuum out of the water. I have a Shiba Inu who sheds like crazy and this vacuum is incredible for getting all of the hair and dander out of my carpet. It also works well on my vinyl plank floors and rugs. Samsung has certainly won my business with this item!

It’s the best ever gets rid of the tumbleweeds in my house from having more furry pets than I need I really love it! It’s easy to use. I have it hanging on the wall. It’s easy to empty. It’s a win-win.

Greater than one weekThis was purchased on a Black Friday special for my office, but after using it, we decided to move our 2 year old Dyson to the office and keep this one at home. Battery life is top notch as is suction. My only critique is the dust cup is a bit cumbersome to operate and clean out.
