> 3 dayThe Samsung line of SSDs are the best on the market if you ask me. They are top performers, highly durable, and comes packaged with intuitive software with the likes of Magician.

> 3 dayPurchased this to replace the previous model Evo 850. The new drive is twice the capacity of my previous drive and I noticed its noticeably faster. The previous drive still worked after almost 1TB writes. Samsung makes great SSDs. Ive had better luck with them than other brands.

> 3 dayI like Samsung products, there are probably others better, and I know others worse, I just like Samsung. Ive used the Samsung SSDs before and they perform to my great satisfaction. This one was a replacement for a Samsung spin drive which was going bad after 10 years. If this one last as long as that one, the computer will be history long before.

> 3 dayThis is the old style Samsung SSD (not the QVO). This is the reliable one, the newer (larger/cheaper) units do not have a good track record and, technologically speaking, are poorly designed. But those are cheap and, if you dont mind oats that have already been through the horse, go buy one.

Greater than one weekReplaced a 2 TB SSD with this 4TB one. So far, performance has been flawless, as should be the case of all SSDs. Speeds are unimpressive -- copying a 43.8 GB set of mostly multi-GB files from and to itself took a whopping 182 seconds, for a speed of 241 MB/s, far below the advertised 550 MB/s read and 520 MB/s write. Copying the same file set from it to an internal M2 SSD took 122 seconds, for 359 MB/s (again, well below the advertised 550 MB/s), and coping the same file set from the internal M2 SSD to this unit took a whopping 154 seconds, for a mere 284 MB/s.
