This thing is great, i got this thing for my AVT&F class at school to film on and to use as a transfer device and it is wicked fast. i transferred a 35gb 4k video off my computer in like 10-15 seconds. All in all this drive is amazing and i just wish it wasnt so expensive for the larger capacities.

Using it to backup music from my Linux media server. Works perfectly. Hope it will hold its memory with only occasional power, but all indications are it will be great ( per all info I have gleaned).

Dont boy if u need to warning of high cancer chance. Tho the site didnt warn meh either on item description or before purchasing. Id luv to return it but dont want to deal with going to the post office sigh.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas gift. He need to transfer 5000+ songs and other game files from his really old PC to secure storage. He plugged in the unit to his old laptop and very simply dragged/dropped all his files to the external storage unit. I bought the 1TB one and it will last a long time. Plenty of storage left on it. It also comes with a separate case you can buy but I did not buy it.

It is small and compact, works mostly but occasionally I get an error when first plugging it int my lap top and have to try a second time. otherwise its a good buy for the cost.

Drive gives great results with read and writing speed. Easy to set password for portability. Very with the drive.

Perfect companion for any laptop!
