This is my 2nd Samsung SSD purchase. Very well made and useful product. It also comes with necessary cables.

1T in a small package! Besides the red color, I like the fact that there is no external power source needed. I had a failing HHD and needed to get the files off of it before it went out completely. Of course, some of those files will go on to the cloud so this doesnt happen again. (With this drive anyway!)

Works great for video editing with Final Cut Pro X on Mac, and with a bit of adhesive creativity it even velcroes to my MacBook.

The read/write speeds are close to as advertised. I got about 90% of both using DiskMark software. I use this for recording dashcam footage. Its overkill for this purpose, but with lots of space, I can forget to offload it for weeks. The two cords provided is nice. Very compact. Overall, no complaints!

Love the slim form factor and how fast it transfers data 10/10

Small and light, just plugged it in, loaded the software in case I want to password it, and thats all there was to it. I have a Windows 10 PC, just wanted an additional backup drive. Its copies very fast.

This seems to be a good product with one caveat. Windows 7 Backup and Restore will not use it to save a System Image. Why this is I havent a clue, but for me its a deal breaker. I returned it immediately.

I forgot to format this ahead of putting hundreds of gigs of info on it. I used it for three computers and it ended up being totally fine. I was certain I’d have to circle back and spend several more hours moving data, but very grateful that didn’t need to happen.

I noticed after awhile using it. When I transfer a large amount of data, surely it gets hot but the data transfer rate drop dramatically.
