    I have this connected to my laptops Thunderbolt 4 port and when transferring a large file it starts out close to 1GB/s, but after a few moments it drops all the way down to under 100mb/s. The speed never goes back up again during that file transfer.

    Dont buy this one if youre buying it for a blackmagic pocket cinema camera 6k or 4k. It is not compatible, until blackmagic releases a firmware update this ssd does not work with the camera BUY THE T5 INSTEAD. Other than that it works very well as it should. I just wish that someone had told me this before I bought it

    On average using Samsung Magician READ (975) and WRITE (899). This is on 3.1 Gen 2 pc. My laptop (probably 6 or so years ago old, under these scores but not far off.

    Bought this to expand my laptop storage via thunderbolt 3.0 but consistently have an absolute terrible experience on it. Legacy external HDDs arent as fast as this when one transferring files but its also a lot more consistent. This SSD consistently disconnects and crashes applications while they run on this product. Would not recommend.
