I use this as a back-up drive for my laptop, stuck to the case with 3M Velcro. So far, so good.

I read the reviews of the T7 for its over heating and mounting issues when it gets hot. I was bummed to hear that because I really wanted the 1k read and write since I needed to move my VST’s, sound kits, visualizers, and other plug-in’s to free up space on my computer’s SSD hard drive.

Amazing product. Small, portable, and good write speed. It also has an app to lock it (set a password to access the ssd)

It is not compatible with iPad OS nor Catalina OS.

I’m a professional photographer and bought three of these to back up photos on. TWO out of the three no longer work! One won’t even turn on and the other one keeps getting error messages over and over. Buy something else!

Unit came password protected, nothing will allow a bypass. Never had this problem with samsung before

I double checked and turns out I received a none genuine SSD just wow Amazon.
