> 3 dayIf it were possible, I would have given this product a negative score. I tried using the software on the drive, drive not recognized, tried downloading directly from the manufacturers site, still not recognized as connected, called tech support, etc. Nada! Dead! Tot!

> 3 dayThe T5s are used strictly for storage of fotos, movies, and articles I find important to my interests. Use mostly with MacBooks. An old revived 2012 MBP (with USBA to USB C cable,) and the brand new (for me ) MBP M1 16 (with the USBC toC) I would use a lot of caution with the iPads and Phones, as the required dongle seems fussy about powering down and unplugging. Lost some fotos once doing that. One last thing: Samsung offers optional password protected service. DO NOT FORGET THE PASSWORD!
