This SSD is amazing. The data transfer is very fast. More than I imagined. Also I had the bad luck that it suffered a 2ft fall few days ago, and after the event stills working perfectly. I would recommend this product.

I ended up buying 2 of these SSDs (one for my wifes laptop, one for my archive desktop files). Both work great, are really stable and MUCH quicker than a regular hard drive! I like that they come with a set up installed so its easy to get up and running. They also have in larger sizes (I got the 1TB ones) so I may shoot for one of those later. A definite buy!

The Samsung T7 drives are an excellent SSD option for storage. I use them to edit 4K video all the time. I figured getting the 4TB version (especially while its on sale on Amazon for $269) is an awesome deal. Checking the disk speed, I was bummed to see the read was definitely slower vs the T7 2TB versions. Reformatting it to AFPS helped, and speeds got up to 650MB/S (write tops out at 875+). Even with the slower read speeds, the drive is definitely worth the price and is highly recommended.

I am using this to do incremental backups on a daily basis. It is unbelievably fast and has been reliable so far. Others have bought one after seeing mine. Its just way better than a mechanical drive.

Easy to connect via USB and Samsung provides connectors for both USB and USB-C. Works right away without any set-up. However, if you are running a Mac, you might want to re-format for Apple File System as it might be a bit faster

This is great if your phone is overloaded with media you can offload it to this ssd.
