Scarecrow Small Deluxe Custom Fangs

I wore these fangs for Halloween (I was the vampire from A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night) and they were super awesome! They looked great (actually a little sexy, if I may be so bold) and after watching a few YouTube videos, I was able to get them fitted fairly easy. I had issues with one of them falling out a few times, but that was my own fault. It was my first time fitting these, so I didnt totally listen when they said NOT to move the fangs around once you have them on your tooth and youre waiting for the paste to dry. The paste they use smells really weird, but once it dries you dont really notice it. I was able to drink with them and talk (although it did change my speech a bit), but didnt try eating. Theyre easy enough to take on and off that it doesnt really seem necessary (and also that would probably be gross). These can totally be worn more than just once and if you need to refit them, you can buy more of the mixture to make the paste.

I love these things!!! the instructions are clear and easy to follow, you can even look them up on youtube and someone instructs you on how to use them. The small ones are great and dont really effect your speech as much as the bigger ones would Im sure. I wore them all night and didnt mess with them unless I was eating. DO NOT EAT WITH THEM IN! they will not digest in your stomach and they are sharp and could get lodged somewhere. Also do not drink red things! they will stain and then be no good. You can reuse them because you make them mold to your teeth with the powder and liquid the provide. Give yourself time to apply these, they are a little time consuming so do not wait until right before a party, do it the night before or the morning, or whenever, i did mine two weeks before Halloween and they still fit great when I wore them. Very realistic and had some kid convinced that they were real for about 5 minutes. it was great! I have always wanted a pair of these! I am a huge vampire movie fan... not twilight but interview and underworld. :D

The mix worked for one but the other kept falling off. My son really needed them and I was in a pinch..... small pieces of Trident gum, held them in place all day and night and they looked awesome

Keep in mind for some reason they send them without the instruction book. The proper ratio of powder to liquid is 4 drops per capsul. After positioning the fang in place, hold it on for 5 minuites, putting light pressure on the front of your tooth. Then after both fangs are positioned, leave them on for 15 minuites before removing them. You can put the fangs back in as soon as youve removed them, just make sure to take them out as the mixture contiues to harden for 24 hours.

Was just in a performance of Dracula and needed these to be a vampire bride. I was able to set them up through the instructions. Definitely tried one over my tooth before mixing and affixing to my tooth the first time to get a feel for the fit. I was able to then place them in one shot without movement. I made sure I had a little overflow on the back of the tooth and it keeps them more secure. I did help some castmates with these and they had more difficulty than I did getting the fit right. We were all able to use these teeth through the 3 weekend run of the show. I would have them in for 3 hours at a time. I just want an excuse to wear these every once in a while. I wish there was instructions on keeping them clean between wears. Maybe I missed what to really do. I just used some clear mouthwash between wears.

I volunteered as a victim for a wilderness first aide course scenario evening at the Mountaineers. It was something to surprise each group of students as they came upon the scenario accident and ask me to open my mouth so they could view and check to see if my airway was clear. And then crack up laughing. I did add wound makeup to my neck for a fang bite. And I told them my neck hurt and something struck my neck and bit me! I then told them I was so worried about rabies or lyme disease!!!! It was fun! The fangs did take a second try since I did bump the fang while it was molding to my tooth. I also did a second fill with the molding stuff/goo to get a better fit. This worked and the fangs did not fall out all evening, with three groups of students to repeat our scenario as victims of a bear attack on our campsite. Of course there as a damn bat attack too! (remember to put a wash rag or towel in your bathroom sink so you dont accidentally drop a fang down the drain while fitting the fang to your tooth. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The weird taste of the molding goo will go away in an hour or so while wearing. Cant wait to wear again for my next dentist visit and also halloween! Fun!

Wasnt able to snug my teeth in there, completely would fall out. Too bad, theyre cute!

The fangs are pretty comfortable but I will admit that at first it’s hard to take them off. There’s a video on YouTube on how to place them on and that’s neat.

These were the best part of my vampire costume, definitely worth the money! (Which wasnt much, they were an inexpensive addition) They were easy to put on and looked very realistic. I have white, but not super, glow in the dark, Ross after the tanning booth incident, white teeth. They looked good on me but if you have extremely white teeth these might look a bit off. That said the best part is people only see them when you bare your fangs. Which is loads of fun. So maybe an exact match on the shade doesnt really matter. Note of caution- I actually read the directions completely for once in my life. They said something about being difficult to get off if you left them on too long, has something to do with the dental cement they give you to attach them. I freaked out a little thinking I would have vampire teeth at work for a week or something. So I took them off after maybe 3 hours. They came off pretty easily so I think I could have kept them on a lot longer BUT I dont think I would want to have too many adult beverages and fall asleep with these on- you might be going to work with vampire teeth.
