Order this cause It had great reviews and heard great stuff about the brand. Couldnt be and happier it was easy to install, looks great, and solid. Makes door look 10X better.

Lock seems sturdy and has a nice modern look to it.

Ive only had the handle installed for a few days, but the performance so far has been good. The main issue with this handle is how bad the installation directions are. The instructions are designed for multiple different handles, which I understand is necessary to keep costs down, but it isnt clear which steps apply to the handle you have. Also, the directions assume that your door is already perfectly drilled, etc. to accommodate the handle. They provide a template for drilling new holes, but it designed to work for so many different configurations that it is completely unusable. The instructions also dont indicate how many different components youll need to get straight/level at the same time. I had to install, and then adjust several times to get everything in-line. Again, the handle itself seems to be fine, but I would only purchase it expecting to get little to no guidance on how to install it.

I upgraded from a Yale smart lock. It was super easy to install, i couldnt believe it. Just watch the install video and you are set. I did have to drill a new hole in my fiberglass door for the handleset. I found a diamond tip drill bit worked great, and I didnt even need to use water to keep the but cool. The lock looks and works great, but my only complaint is its slow to unlock after inputting the code. My Yale lock opened instantaneously. The app also leaves a lot to be desired. I didnt not purchase the hub at this time. Good luck.

After less than five years of being installed, the finish on the exterior side is badly discolored on both thumb handles and on the deadboltu. Also, the “dummy” thumb handle is floppy, never did sit evenly with the other handle.
