Super easy to install. Took my sister and me (2 females) 30-40 mins to install. Great instructions that are easy to follow.

The last door know thumb button broke. This was a perfect quick easy replacement.

We’ve doused it with WD40 now. Hopefully it will stop sticking in the open position when opening the door…

Nice looking handle. The lower rectangle can be slid up and down to match a previously-drilled hole, if needed. Also, the handle and the lower rectangle can be twisted a bit, so you need to be sure you have mounted it straight up and down. Not a big deal, just dont tighten everything down inside until you take a look at the handle from the outside. One small problem, that another reviewer noted, is that the jamb latch portion becomes disengaged from the spindle that extends from the outside thumb latch to the inside handle. When this happens, you cant open the door! Very frustrating. After this happened a few times, I went back to the instruction sheet and realized that I had left off a flexible black cylinder that was supposed to encircle the jamb latch. Im probably not using the right terms to describe everything here, but the point is, dont forget to install the flexible black cylinder with the fingers on it. What the cylinder does is stiffen the hole, and make it a tighter fit for the jamb latch. This prevents the jamb latch from slightly shifting, and keeps it centered on the spindle. Hope this helps!!

I love the clean modern lines to this front door handle. I purchased it along with a keyless entry lock and just got complimented on how fresh my front door looks. Will definitely purchase again for other properties if needed.

Easy to install, but the deadbolt doesnt feel very sturdy

This is a good handle. There isnt too much to say. It functions well, is easy to install, doesnt sag (for the interior piece) and its easy to engage from the outside. The only issue I had was that the installation instructions were a little weak and the template for the drill holes is just paper. Its not a big deal as youre only screwing in one extra screw if youre replacing a handle, but still, its not a cheap handle to have cheap instructions. Hardly enough to knock a star off though.

I just couldnt get detail installation instruction just following instruction manual that came with it. I had to watch Youtube and follow the installation. Price is bit pricey compare to other models.
