The latch seems to get stuck half way unless you fiddle with it while installing it. Hard to explain, but you’ll figure it out. Great looking modern style door handle, though.

Wasnt sure I was a fan of the extremely squared off handle, but it was the matching handle for the smart lock style I got, so I went for it. The hardware was all included, the instructions were pretty clear, and the installation was pretty straightforward. After install, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely smooth action of the levers--that alone was almost worth the cost. But now that it is installed, I have to admit that I like the way it looks. I may still have preferred a slightly softened angle, but I like it fine this way too.

I have four of these installed in 2 homes. They are great. Great quality, installed 2 in 2015 and no problems since. I love the wave function and find it very useful when checking: did I lock the door or implementing the action to lock/unlock the door. Smart home beginners, this is a must-have.

This (and most similar style locks) will not pair to Google, Alexa, etc without purchasing the additional home hub of some sort. Seems to be a security thing. It was simple enough to install though. I suggest you pay close attention to the shape your existing handle youll be replacing and if youll need to repaint your door in advance like I needed to. This was a gift from my wife and she didnt realize our previous handle was more circular at the connection to the door. Otherwise, works great and its fairly simple to program alternate codes.l, so long as you understand English very well.

This is a great handle. Truly an incredible handle. Other handles.....total disasters! Believe me..... everyone agrees. Seriously though, I have no complaints about this handle set. Installation was straightforward and it has been operating smoothly since.

Easiest doorknob install! I LOVE the look of the door handles. Modern and sleek. It’s a heavy duty handle set! Beautiful matte black that matches all the fixtures. Great purchase. We bought the matching “smart“ deadbolt that works with Amazon Key. Best conbo purchase yet!

Very good product. Was fairly easy to install. Should be straight forward if you have a door handle already. I had just the knob so I had to drill a hole but even then only took about 30 minutes.

I upgraded from a Yale smart lock. It was super easy to install, i couldnt believe it. Just watch the install video and you are set. I did have to drill a new hole in my fiberglass door for the handleset. I found a diamond tip drill bit worked great, and I didnt even need to use water to keep the but cool. The lock looks and works great, but my only complaint is its slow to unlock after inputting the code. My Yale lock opened instantaneously. The app also leaves a lot to be desired. I didnt not purchase the hub at this time. Good luck.
