Great looking door knob. Very comfortable. I knocked off a star because ours will go limp sometimes. The thumbpress and the lever have no grab on the latch mechanism when this happens, which means that the door cannot be opened. We had to remove the interior portion of the door and reseat the latch before everything worked again. This may be because our door is a little thicker than some, or because the tail end of the latch assembly was allowed to bend towards the interior side of the door. At any rate, I remedied by placing some plastic inside the door assembly to prevent the latch from bending in or out and that seems to have solved the issue.

This is a solid, sleek option for our front door. Had it professionally installed so I can’t speak to ease of instal, but it feels sturdy in hand and all the mechanisms operate smoothly.

Lock seems sturdy and has a nice modern look to it.

I just couldnt get detail installation instruction just following instruction manual that came with it. I had to watch Youtube and follow the installation. Price is bit pricey compare to other models.

Mechanism feels solid but handle had a chip in it as if it were dropped at the factory and still packaged anyway. Ended up returning it and getting some thing else

I changed my front door and got this new handle. I was able to install it my self. If you are installing the first time you might find it a little overwhelming but watch the YouTube videos and you will be fine. Good quality product!

This product is very well made. My family had previously purchased one similar and the bottom didnt have the ability to anchor to the door and it quickly became unstable. This product anchors to the door at both the top and the bottom. It super easy to install and very sturdy.

Great lock, been using one for about a year now and havent needed to charge batteries. I dont have it connected to my RING system as it drains its batteries faster but when I did it worked great over zwave. If using as only deadbolt I would suggest to get the longer deadbolt mod for these locks for sturdiness.

Works and looks great. I love the way it makes my door look. My contractor installed it, so I’m not sure how easy it was to install but he didn’t seem to have any issues.
