> 24 hourI upgraded from a Yale smart lock. It was super easy to install, i couldnt believe it. Just watch the install video and you are set. I did have to drill a new hole in my fiberglass door for the handleset. I found a diamond tip drill bit worked great, and I didnt even need to use water to keep the but cool. The lock looks and works great, but my only complaint is its slow to unlock after inputting the code. My Yale lock opened instantaneously. The app also leaves a lot to be desired. I didnt not purchase the hub at this time. Good luck.

> 24 hourInstalled this in minutes. The toughest part was removing the old hardware, after that, this took just a few minutes. Looks great!

> 24 hourGreat handle. I had initially purchased a Kwikset Tavaris Single Cylinder Handleset but it seemed too close to the door frame and the large wide handle stuck my fingers in between it and the door frame waiting to get smushed. I would have to open my door with my fingertips instead of grabbing the thing like a normal human person. So I went with this thinner handle. It pairs nicely with my Kwikset 99090-020 SmartCode Electronic Deadbolt. I have no complaints about it and it was easy to install. The adjustable through bolt made it much easier to install than the Kwikset Tavaris.

> 24 hourWe are really pleased with this handle. It open and closes the door well. I didn’t like making the extra hole in our new door, but I am happy with the results.

> 24 hourI bought this handleset to match the Schlage Century deadbolt (Z-Wave) I had already purchased. Once installed, the deadbolt and this item look very sleek & modern together. The finish looks great and has a clearcoat of some type covering the metal. I purchased a used item that was scratched on the handle area, but with some cleaner wax (car wax) I was able to buff most of it out. One note: when this handleset was first installed, it operated fairly rough and felt like it was sticking a bit. After coating the inside of the latch with some graphite lubricant, the handle operates much smoother. Id buy it again in a second!

> 24 hourNo fault of the seller of course, but Im not too crazy about how the handle is installed. The bottom portion is held in place by a bolt that must go all the way through the door, with a cap on the inside part of the door covering it up. Im using the application on a garage, so its not a huge deal, but I might think twice if installing it on say a front door application. The bolt that goes into the door jam is a little held up by the metal surrounding it on the door side and sticks, ill take a Dremel to it to file it down and give it a smoother surface to slide across. It does match up to the Schlage Encode lock that I also installed nicely (see separate review for that)

> 24 hourI have four of these installed in 2 homes. They are great. Great quality, installed 2 in 2015 and no problems since. I love the wave function and find it very useful when checking: did I lock the door or implementing the action to lock/unlock the door. Smart home beginners, this is a must-have.
