Schlage FE285 CEN 716 LAT CEN Century Front Entry Handleset with Latitude Lever, Lower Half Grip, Aged Bronze

Purchased a new front door and wanted all new hardware of course. Looks great and is exactly what we had expected - no surprises so far.

I love the clean modern lines to this front door handle. I purchased it along with a keyless entry lock and just got complimented on how fresh my front door looks. Will definitely purchase again for other properties if needed.

This was extremely easy to install to replace an existing handle. The best part is that the lower bolt is adjustable so it should easily fit where an existing handle was without having to match exactly! Took 15 mins to install! Combined it with the digital deadbolt for a great looking front door!

This product is very well made. My family had previously purchased one similar and the bottom didnt have the ability to anchor to the door and it quickly became unstable. This product anchors to the door at both the top and the bottom. It super easy to install and very sturdy.

This handle is sturdy and was easy to install. It is modern on the outside. I dropped one star because you don’t have that modern look on the inside. This product would be much better in my opinion if the inside handle was square to match the outside. From the inside it looks like every other round handle. I wish I had noticed that before my husband installed it and I threw away the box.

Mid century style!

My entire home is automated. I can operate everything from my phone. Thermostat. Light switches, aquariums, timed exterior lights, security cameras, TV, Music, Bluetooth speakers. Anything. I can practically pet my dog from my phone. Everything works great. Everything is seamless and easy. Except for this Shlage Sense deadbolt. I want to love it. I love how it looks. Im good with it. It simply doesnt connect to the app. I know what youre thinking. Its not me. I tried the factory programming code reset. I tried the battery disconnect. I called service only to have them repeat the same things. I reloaded the app. I changed the batteries. The app simply will NOT recognize the deadbolt. Ive wasted enough of my time on this. Ill keep the deadbolt on this door, but in the future wont purchase again. I was planning to buy another one. Not any more.

Easy to install. Mechanism feels solid.

Handle and lock were fairly easy to install. The keyway is mounted in the body differently than a normal lock, but its easy enough to figure out. The finish seems good, but I will have to wait and see if it survives. Overall I think that it is very well made and should last for a long time.
