My son wears to ride to school. Seems to be a good helmet so far

perfet fit to our four year old boys head. I feel very good about my child using this helmet. I think that Schwinn is a very reliable brand and this is one area that I dont think most people would want to cut corners on. I like that the helmet is a nice design but not too flashy or showy.

Fits my 7 & 8 year olds heads perfectly!

Bought this for my 8 year old daughter who has a smallish head. Was able to get a good snug fit. Helmet itself looks very budget. The visor attached looks sloppy, bent in some places and generally ill-fitting. A good budget helmet that fits. Hope it protects.

Super cheapo construction. The very minimal inner pads are affixed to the helmet with the tiniest velcro spots imaginable. Hard plastic parts on the adjustment wheel are of cheap plastic and have sharp edges up against your kids head and hair. I actually got two at once, and both had glue spots where the plastic cover was inaccurately glued to the foam. The small plastic parts on the lower rear of the foam are separate parts and are glued on with the edges left to snag on anything. And, theyll pull right off the first time you pull them out of a gear bag or the back of your cluttered car. Hoping the engineering behind the actual protective nature of the helmet is better than these factors suggest, but Im taking no chances. Disappointed in the product. For reference, Ive been a cyclist off and on for 20 years or so and have been through many high end and simple helmets. Was getting these to replace a couple of $10 Bell helmets which I and my kids LOVED. So I have some experience but Im not just being an elitist here. All concerns are for the pricepoint.

Nice color. Great, comfortable helmet. It fits my 9 year old perfectly and she loves the color.

Good value. Over time, the plastic trim has started to bubble.
