Seachem Prime Fresh and Saltwater Conditioner - Chemical Remover and Detoxifier 500 ml

I have been using Seachem Prime 500ml for several years in my fish tank. It is the best in my opinion and takes very little to make my fish happy and healthy I wont use anything else! Amazon has the best price I have found.

I have been using this product for a few years and it really saves alot of time and money when doing tank cleaning/water changes. When i do a water change every 7-10 days or so I remove about 30% of the water using a python system. I add a full dose for the tank size (1 ml for each 10 gallons of total tank size) upon refilling the tank. At least 2 or 3 times quicker than using 5 gallon buckets for water changes.

I have been using this almost since the beginning of my interest in the hobby. This is the single most important additive you can have on hand as a fishkeeper.

I have a 30 gallon tank and with an average water change of about 10 gallons (that is about 30%) I need to add 1ml (milliliter) which I find extremely difficult to dose it properly. After airing on the overdose end I discovered that there would be too much slime in the tank so I ended up getting a new disposable medical syringe that I reuse to measure Prime.

After using some other chemicals in my 55 gallon tank for years I found myself starting to use more Seachem products such as Neutral Regulator and Phosguard so I decided I would give this a shot. As other reviewers have stated it will do a lot more than just remove chlorine and Chloramines. Detoxifies any and all heavy metals in your tap water, Helps regenerate natural slime coat, Neutralizes Ammonia, Neutralizes Nitrite, Neutralizes high Nitrate to non toxic levels, Removes toxic gases,Will not foam or change PH. For the price you really cant beat this stuff..A few drops in a 55 gallon? At first I thought to myself no way that little bit treats all of that water. I took the gamble and half expected to wake up to some dead fish but no..Everything is good...water levels all check out and the fish are happy.. I have done 3 - 30% water changes with no issues and I got rid of at least 3 other products I was using. For the price...In My Opinion, You cannot go wrong with this.

Call me a bad betta owner but I havent checked any levels other than pH. Point being, the betta is alive and happy so I would assume the Prime is doing its job. Not sure if I will really ever need 500ml as I only have a 5 gallon tank but the fish is having fun. Great value for the price. Recommend over Tetra or any other brand.

I have a 50 and 20 gallon for my axolotls, and have used this water conditioner for 3 yeaes now, it helps eliminate ammonia which is a big plus because the huge bio-load of the axies is hard to keep up with only through water changes.

Great product but how did it get in the box with no cap?

I have multiple tanks and always make sure to keep plenty on hand.

I dont know whether its my bad luck or its like this for all bottles, but Ive had two bottles (one I payed for, another I got as replacement) with defective bottle caps.
