This stuff is highly recommended by almost every experienced cichlid keeper Ive ever spoken with, and it hasnt failed me yet! It is one of the few de-chlorinators that wont ruin the regenerability (I think I just made that word up) of your Purigen (which is a filter media, for those who arent familiar). Also, the company is really great at getting back to you with answers to your questions about their products. I trust SeaChem products because those more experienced than myself do, and because my fish seem healthier when I use them instead of some of the more commercialized, cheaper products (which is what I started out with). This is a great product.

Love seachem products! I have a 10 gallon tank and 39 gallon tank... the 39 gets 2 water changes a week and this bottle still lasts well over 6 months...

This stuff really works well to help declorinate water and much more. I use it for water changes and it also reduces ammonia levels which others may not do. Super concentrated so this bottle will last a long time. You may want to get a eye dropper to help you dose it for 2 drops per gallon.

This is a great product from Seachem. But I will unlikely buy @ $97.99 from Amazon. I have several big tanks, there are cheaper, much cheaper alternatives.

I use this after every water change. It works great to make the chemicals in the water non toxic for fish. I mainly use it to take chlorine out of my tap water. This stuff helped to keep my fish healthy when I was cycling my first tank (I know I should’ve cycled first then got fish) and I never lost a fish.
