I add prime to water prepared in buckets and wait about an hour before using it. Works perfectly! The chlorine smell of tap water is completely gone. Also it has lasted for about 6 months even with water changes every 3 days.

Excellent! It works exactly as described. I bought a 1 mL dropper to dispense into my 10 aquarium. The water is obviously clearer. When people visit they ask how I keep the water so clear. Once I started using Seachem, fishtank maintenance became much easier.

This is the only water treatment I use anymore in my 30 gallon aquarium. Ive tried a few other store or budget brands and Seachems Prime works the best. You use such a tiny amount that the perceived higher price, is actually cheaper per application than the budget kind. It does smell a bit, sort of like rotten eggs, which is to be expected. My fish have never been healthier than this!
