Definitely a must have especially if you use purigen. Works great to remove and neutralize chlorine and ammonia

I have tried other brands out there. This has been the most consistent product on the market. I have several 55 gallon fish tanks.

Works. First photo - directly after application. Nitrate was quite high. Second photo- after an additional cap full and 24 hrs later.

So far I have no complaints. I love that its concentrated so I dont have to use very much for water changes. Im currently establishing a tank, so I have to do more water changes then normal. As a result, I was going through another brand of water conditioner very quickly. Im sure theres other products that work reasonably well, but this brand has a good reputation in the aquarium hobby so I went with this based off of reputation. For a 55 gallon tank, I dont even have to use half the cap for a small water change. This will end up lasting me quite a while as opposed to some of the brands you get a Walmart. Its also cheaper to buy on Amazon then at PetSmart and Petco by about 5-8 dollars.

I love this stuff. I had some issues when I got my first fancy goldfish (totally a different world from other freshwater fish!) The owner of my local LFS recommended I use Prime, and I cant say I ever plan to use anything else. I used to use APi or Tetra or whatever was on sale at the local box store. Now, if Im brutally honest with myself, Im not sure why I like it so much. You could probably get similar results from the aforementioned brands. But... supposedly this one is better.

I usually buy Prime from my LPS, but they were out of stock at the time. I really like this size for Prime since I have multiple 55+ tanks. While most other water conditioners treat 10g with one cap, Prime can treat 50g per cap. This saves me a lot of money, and Im also very satisfied with the overall quality of this product.

Really liked this product. I added neon tetra to my new aquarium before it had gone through the nitrogen cycle. With the use of this product, toxcity was minimized and all my fish survived. My aquarium is now completely cycled.

Been using this water conditioner for years. Works great and my tank 55 gallon is thriving.

Good size bottle for the price way cheaper then the pet stores...
